When I could not open the files I purchased i contacted a rep and they resent the files in a different format so I could open them. Great customer service! Thanks!

I am giving this business 3 stars. The logos are affordable, high quality, and great... HOWEVER, this is the second time I've ordered logos where I don't receive all of them to download at once. If you purchase multiple logos in one order, be prepared to only receive one or two, and have to reach out for the rest. It holds me up every time I get excited about working on a project. The business does respond fairly quickly, emailing the rest of the logos and fixing the issue... but this happened to me Jan 2025 and now July 2026. I am a repeat customer, but frustrated with the downloading issue. I'll probably be back, but I've learned to only purchase one logo at a time.

Stitch outs are great. The only problem I ever have is getting the smallest size that’s advertised in the description. However, I usually receive it in a day or two.

I never received my order even after emailing twice. And now I dont need the item because I had to improvise amd cant get my money back. Order #72023

The logo was in pretty good shape. I docked 2 stars because I spent 2 hours cleaning up erroneous vector issues.

The embroidery design was missing in the receipt I received from my order.. This is the second time in two days in which I placed orders and paid for embroidery designs from your company. Both times the design was missing in your recept. Each time I had to send a note asking for these designs to be sent. Interestingly, your response was worded exactly the same each time. This tells me that your omission is common practice for your company. Is this ineptitude or fraud? I would give you a 0 star rating if I could. I will not order from your company again, and I urge everyone to avoid your company.
