Would not recommend using this company. The first order of my medication was totally ineffective. I've been taking this medication for 6 months from another pharmacy with great results. I decided to give Springmeds a try and was sent my first order. The drug manufacturer was different than any I had used in the past and the medication was completely ineffective. I called and was told to send back the unused pills and they would send me the same amount from another manufacturer. This process took more than 3 weeks. I received the new pills today via FedEx and received an envelope containing a crushed and broken pill bottle and 43 pills that were crushed into pieces. I understand that FedEx's handling contributed to destroyed contents, but the poor packaging by Springmeds/Healthwarehouse is ultimately to blame. I will never use this company again and suggest you consider the same.

I have been using them for 3 months and every month they get my meds to me late . I called customer service and talked to them they said it is shipped every 30 days . If they ship every 30 days they should not be late. Last month they only shipped 1 of 2 prescriptions then wanted to charge me for overnight shipping to get my 2nd prescription . I will be looking to get my meds elsewhere .

Nice people answering the phone but the company did two things poorly. One they changed the quantity of my prescription from 90 pills to 30 pills without notifying me. Their explanation was that since that was the original quantity in the prescription they can't change it. Fine but at least tell me. When you add the shipping cost for the smaller amount I am almost better off purchasing at my local drug store. Secondly I won't be receiving my medication until July 8th or 9th. That is over 15 days after I placed the order. Way way way too long. Not happy.

I have never being so glad to have discovered spring meds.... My little experience is over greatest.... People are very polite and very perfectional... My meds arrived on time... They explained things the right way.... They never leave an email without reply .. . Last few communication has being very beautiful with a staff named Sara.... I truly can recommend to everybody to give themselves the opportunity to try it out.... I am blessed.

I have not personally worked with a company that has real people in what seems like forever.
Oh my gosh, their human responses were, professional, polite, full of correct information and total respectful.

They have taken in account all of my personal emotions and abilities and have patiently and compassionately handled everything for me.
I was treated with such respect and empathy.
I cannot tell you what to do but I can suggest something,
take every other medical/pharmacy out of your Contacts and use this wonderful company. You will receive totally invaluable assistance all while receiving the utmost in pharmaceutical
Information. Their prices show Big'Pharna only more evil l, when it comes to pricing.

Springmeds is much, much less expensive than my local "discount" pharmacy. The service is PERSONAL. It is always fast but if there is any glitch, they let you know and work to fix it immediately. Sara is super helpful. Amazing.

The pharmacist at Spring meds are always very helpful. They always get our meds out for Harley in a timely matter

My meds cost $45 here and $300 at a CVS and Walgreens. They are very efficient. I’ll never return to an in store pharmacy again unless it’s an emergency.

i've only been using SPRING MEDS for less than 1 year but I have to say the service and prices are great and I will continue to use them for all of my prescriptions

Sara was awesome. I needed to get my fur baby some very expensive medication. I found it $500 cheaper through spring meds. I was a bit hesitant about ordering on line. I received Moose’s meds less then a week and cheaper. Customer Service was great. I even emailed the company about a question I had before I ordered I received an email and call back from a different rep. I didn't get her name but I have to say I am impressed. Dealing with an already stressful situation Spring meds made it a little easier on me.

I was paying $290 for a 3 month prescription with our insurance company. The same medication with Spring Meds was just $134.55! Wow! I was so happy to find them!

At first, I do not trust them with all the scams going on however, when I ordered my medication of which Ralph's Pharmacy billed me $45.00 ,I got it only for $11.50 from Springmeds and was delivered free of charge. This is a wonderful pharmacy to look for, helping people and not over pricing medications like some popular Pharmacy Stores

I've been ordering prescriptions from Springmeds for a couple of years. Their prices are excellent -- SO much better than any of our many nearby pharmacies (RiteAid, Walgreens, Target, Costco). Their medications are fresh, with expiration dates that the same and sometimes even better than the pharmacies. And I receive my orders quickly, usually just a few days later. Excellent company.

I was suspicious at first since they were charging $40 for the meds that my local pharmacy wanted $260 for ("generously" discounted from $600, lol)... But I just received my medications and the entire process was painless! I definitely recommend springmeds.com.

Springmeds personnel (Andrea & Judy) were refreshingly helpful & knowledgeable. They required a prescription to ensure proper review by their pharmacist & accurate dispensing of the medications. The pharmaceutics were delivered correctly and ahead of schedule!
