store staff very helpful
the people in the store were very helpful so that I got the best fitting shoes/sadly the same shoes were available at a store just down the road for 1/3 less. I love the shoes, but the store is over priced.

The shoes are great ,so comfortable. They come in so many styles and colors. I purchased a pair of boots and my sister's all made purchases also .our sales lady was great very helpful and friendly

Best shoes I have ever purchased. Wear them right out of the box. They are comfortable, beautiful, and all around great shoes. I always get compliments when I am wearing a pair of my Spring Steps!

Cute shoes
Cute shoes! Ordered the normal size I always order from Spring Step Shoes but this one was too big. Called for some assistance, talked to a great, helpful agent who guided me on how to exchange for the smaller size. The replacement pair arrived quickly and fit! Never been disappointed with Spring Step Shoes!

The cutest and most comfortable shoes
After the first pair of sandals, I was sold on this brand. They are so comfortable, the sandals, the boots, and the booties! Now I just order everything online, which makes it very easy. Every time I wear any of my spring step shoes, I get compliments! And then I tell everybody what they are and how to get them! Thank you for making cute and comfortable shoes

Inconsistent sizing
Inconsistent sizing. First pair were too large and second pair too small. Did not like having to pay shipping fees for inconsistent sizes. Not my fault.

Shoe selection is great; service needs improvement
Shoe selection is great. Prices are not and I'm fully aware that you get what you pay for. However, you are charged to have the option of a "Free Return" which is misguided at best.
I needed to return a couple of items and loved the online process until it wouldn't generate a return label. I called and was greeted by a very helpful woman, but she had to email me the return label. These should be emailed to the customer upon completion of the online return process for the customer's ease and backup that the process worked.
