If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered 2 slimes on April 28th. I have yet to receive my order. I asked for an update/tracking number after a month of nothing, to which I got no response. I have reached out 5 times total now, with only one response saying they will refund or reship. Once I asked for a refund, AGAIN, they have gone radio silence. Don’t waste your money.

I wanted to leave a review as I ordered without seeing the trustpilot reviews. I absolutely love these slimes, the packaging is beautiful, they smell amazing and the texture is spot on. I would definitely order again, very happy with my purchase. Thank you ☺️

Order was shipped very quickly but royal mail lost the package. After 1 email they sent me a replacement free of charge. quality was amazing, my girlfriend was very happy with it

I’ve ordered from this business twice now and the first time i noticed my order took a long time to arrive but once i got it i was obsessed with the slime.

i then ordered from them again on the 28th of may and still haven’t received my order and its the 26th of june… this is ridiculous and there’s no excuse for it. i definitely would not waste your money on waiting this long for a product you’re not even guaranteed to get.

it’s a shame because their products are amazing , they need to work on their communication with their customers.

Order placed but nothing received. Scam- do not order from here. Zero updates from the company or responses to my emails.

Absolute waste of time and money, order placed on the 208th of March, still waiting for it to come. Zero communication from the company, numerous emails sent but no replies to any of them. My advice is do not even bother to order

Dont order anything from here, we ordered some slime on December and today 19 of May still havent received anything, we had back and forward emails with them saying that they will look into it, but nothing has been done. We requested money back, and of course no product sent and no money back. Scammers.

I have been extremly polite and patiant but now all contact has stopped and my outstanding deliverys have been wiped from my account. With my little girls birthday money she made 2 seperate orders this was AUGUST 2025 and still no slime. Customer service is so so bad

Awful and a waste of time, placed order, didnt come after 5 weeks, sent 2 emails, eventually replied and casually said they can still send or have a refund. Im now waiting for a refund and wondering if i'll ever receive it!

do not buy. Scam I spent £15.00 never came, please don't waste your money or your kids.

Ordered goods on 12th April, no update, no delivery after almost a month and no response from emails to their support email address. I have now requested a chargeback from my bank. Very disappointing. DO NOT BUY!!!

I ordered slime on the 15th of March which never arrived. I have sent numerous emails and had only 1 response. It was a birthday gift and let said child down I will never order and discourage anyone from ordering.

Ordered slime on 19th of March for my daughter on her behalf and heard nothing further until we chased at the end of the month. At this point a dispatch notification was emailed to us, but no slime ever turned up. Since then, all correspondance to the company has been unanswered, including a request for a refund. I have now requested a chargeback on my card.

Order hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks. Have had to start a dispute through the bank

I wish I'd checked TrustPilot before ordering. My order was supposed to ship within 3-5 business days, but still just says 'order confirmed'. I emailed them 9 days after ordering and got the following response:

'Hi Michaela!

Thank you so much for your email, I’m so sorry that hasn't arrived to you yet. I will absolutely get this sorted for you now.

Let me just go and have a check into this for you and I will get this chased up for you now to find out the whereabouts of your order. 💗

It has been 3 days since this email, and I've heard nothing more. Tragic.

Placed an order on Feb 12th for our granddaughter it never arrived, no replies to my emails neither

Ordered a singular slime on 28th December 2025, and there were a few weeks delay at first which I understand due to Christmas and new years etc. got an email on Feb 7th saying the slime has been shipped and is on the way. Now it’s 19th march and still no sign of the slime

We ordered the Taro Milk Tea Boba - Glossy Slime on 18th February 2026. We received it today on the 16th March 2026.
Packaging: Packaged well and box filled with pretty pink tissue paper.
Included: a slime care guide, the slime, a sweet and activator!
Slime texture: thick and glossy, only needed a little activator. Good quality! 9/10
Charms: 7 beads… so maybe a bit less than you might expect. But daughter happy.
Colour: pale lavender - a little lighter than the picture
Scent: no scent at all! Just typical slime scent. A little disappointing as it was described as taro scented :(
Shipping time: felt like a very long time! Asked for an update and I did get a reply but they forgot to include the tracking details.
Disappointed that it was missing the scent but it does feel good quality!

The website is a scam. I'm gutted I fell for it - that's never happened to me before. I raised it as a dispute on my banking app and hopefully I'll get my money back.

I didn’t want to give it one star but zero isn’t an option unfortunately. Awful experience, avoid at all costs. I paid for an order of over £60 which I have never received, nor have I received any money back. I contacted them via email twice now but have never had a response. I Please don’t order from this person.
