If I could rate this 0 stars I would!! I placed an £36 order on 9th February, still haven’t received anything (17th March)!! The communication from ‘Alyson’ was shocking. I emailed a few times about my order and asking for a refund, I had 1 reply saying that it will be shipped soon and that she is ‘busy’ blah blah etc!!
A few weeks went on and I emailed back asking for an update on my order or a refund back. No response. I was then thinking this was a scam which it is! Having read the reviews on here I wouldn’t have purchased. Finally, after emailing and threatening with trading standards, police and FCA I got an email straight back within the hour and got my refund. I am totally upset and angry that people get away with this!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY !!!!!

Worth the wait!! Took some time to arrive but kids haven’t stopped playing with them since they’ve arrived days ago. Proper good artisan stuff too not shop bought quality. The house smells like yummy desserts and the stuff is great so happy mum and happy kids, worth the wait!! We will be ordering more for sure xxx

My daughter made an order on 11th January, using some of her birthday money she recieved. We are still waiting on the slime arriving, it's now feb 21st! Despite e mailing the company we have had no correspondence back. Spend your money elsewhere people on a reliable company!

14.02.25 *update from yesterday* Business owner finally made contact yesterday with a lengthy email and to give credit, apologised after my email to them threatening Trading Standards. Slimes then despatched same day with full tracking. Arrived this morning. Well packaged with activator and everything accounted for so thank you for that.

Would I buy again? The slimes are just what my daughter wants, however, the initial lack of communication to my emails resulting in me having to consider reporting the business has really put me off. If I see that others here are having their orders completed as paid for then maybe - just not until I see that. Its a lot of money for a child to be out of pocket and slimes are as popular as ever.

To give credit, I also have a follow up email from the seller now. Its something the seller can turn around with effort and I hope she does because its hard to find items like this that are different.

13.02.25. Despite repeated attempts to contact regarding the whereabouts of my order, I still haven't even had the courtesy of a reply and then I land here and see the others they appear to have scammed and stolen from. There are far too many of these sham companies set up and it is about time they were tackled.

Absolutely shocking "business". My daughters order was placed on the 19th January.

If I don't have a reply with full tracking OR a FULL refund by the end of today
then I am taking it to Trading Standards, social media and I will report to Companies House for running a fraudulent business. Theft is theft and a business that is aimed at children and knowingly takes their money is the lowest of the low quite frankly.

I suggest you search on Companies House for them. The directors details are all there, plus their accounts. You can report a fraudulent business via the government website. It is also worth making a complaint to their bank.

I would also suggest posting on local groups in her area if you have no reply. That is what I shall be doing if my daughters order either a). doesn't arrive or b). They don't refund the money they took.

If I get an update from them I will absolutely come back here to fairly advise the response and the outcome. If not, then I intend to have them closed down no matter how long it takes.

Wish I had found the reviews first. I won't make that mistake again.

Ordered some beautiful slimes for my daughters for their birthday, can't wait to gift them. Really lovely company, the only thing I would say is that it has a long lead time of 2-4 weeks but I don't mind waiting since the quality is amazing and their handmade. I highly recommend and will be returning in future. Thank you!

Didn't get my slime, sent email after email, I did eventually get a reply when I threatened them with trading standards, awful company, do not use this company.

After nearly 2 months of nothing received and no response to any emails i finally had a response and full refund when i threatened contacting trading standards. Joke of a company

I ordered 2 months ago and never received it despite getting an email it had been dispatched. I have emailed the shop multiple times, first they said they would follow up on it and never did, and then completely stopped responding.

The quality of the slime is amazing, it’s the best slime I’ve ever had by far. The only problem was there was no emails about the package being sent so I didn’t think it had even be sent yet and didn’t know it’s arrive by Christmas. However it did arrive by Christmas Eve and is my favourite Xmas present :D

Only provide email customer service which they don't respond to. Ordered 9th December and arrived 24th December but I had no idea if it would arrive in time for a Christmas present and so was preparing to buy a replacement present. All unnecessary stress which wasn't a great customer experience.

Made an order 27/11/24 had dispatch notice for delivery 11/12/24 parcel has not arrived no tracking details or courier it will be arriving by I’ve emailed several times for details had zero reply my daughter has spent nearly £90 on products she is so upset

Professional and friendly service, excellent quality slime which my daughter loves, and an understanding of customer service which is becoming increasingly rare these days.

My daughter found this company and was dying to have some of their product. I just ordered without researching. After a few days my daughter asked for an update which led me down a rabbit hole of reviews, mostly bad. I jumped the gun and sent a very rude email and got such a professional response back that I actually felt guilty and embarrassed for how I had reacted, slimes came today 04/12/24 (ordered 24/11/24) and my daughter was beyond happy. Came with a slime guide and extra activator to use when needed. Overall we have had a good experience.

This slimes were amazing! The textures were great. It was filled right to the top. The slimes took over 3 weeks to arrive but once I told them it was a birthday gift it was sent out a few days later and was delivered on time for my daughters birthday. She absolutely loves the slime!
Definitely recommend purchasing if you don't mind long delivery.

I recently placed an order with them and was very happy with the product when it arrived. It took quite a while for the order to ship and I had to contact the seller. Once I explained it was a birthday present, the order was shipped the next day and arrived in time. The communication was speedy and professional. I only gave 4 star because I don't know how long I would have been waiting if not for having to contact the seller and complain in the first place!
