Firstly love the bread and it helps enormously with my diabetes. Bread is expensive but I probably understand why. What I don’t like is the subscription is automatic you have to scroll down for the one time only option I think this is a bit of a con to be honest. My needs changes every month so I much prefer to order when I need it. Other than that you are doing great job 👏

Great low carb alternative
I have been getting SRSLY products (on a subscription basis) for a while as a part of my low carb diet.
Pros:
- great and tasty alternative to bread - I order a variety of rolls, buns, seeded and white bread, wraps
- fast delivery
- loyalty scheme
- great communication - out of stocks, delays, etc - they also provide money off order if things don't arrive
Cons:
- toasted bread doesn't smell very nice - the whole family comments on this
- packaging could be better as a lot of times my breads come squashed
- subscription is not easily managed on my phone (S24+) - I'm unable to add one off order to my subscription

Great taste and size
Delivery and customer service are very good, I had issue with Evri and it was resolved promptly. Taste wise I find it much better than Heylo, resembles more real bread taste and both rolls and toast bread are bigger than Heylo.

recently diagnosed diabetic, so exploring lots of options. Superb customer service, and the products that I have tried so far have been excellent. It is expensive, but so are all products of this nature. And they are very friendly people to deal with, which makes a huge difference.

Dont waste your money
This is an example of a good product being let down by poor customer service, delivery, and logistics.
I have repeatedly paid extra for Royal Mail next-day delivery, yet my orders are consistently sent via Evri instead. As a result, deliveries arrive 5–7 days later, often with only a few days left before the expiration date. In some cases, the expiration date isn’t even printed on the food, and I’ve been told via email that this is because it is “too labour intensive.”
That’s assuming the order arrives in good condition at all. I’ve had deliveries go missing entirely, and others arrive badly damaged, boxes crushed as if they’ve been kicked around.
At this point, I’ve given up. It’s a real shame, because the product itself does what it promises. Unfortunately, you can’t rely on receiving it on time or in a condition that makes it usable within the intended timeframe.

Tasty low carb food
I love SRSLY low carb food. The bread is really light and tasty. I have tried the croissants and they taste the same as high carb ones.

Pizzas often out of stock
I like the products but very often the Pizzas are unavailable. It is expensive so I only put in an order when I can get Pizzas which means I don’t order as often as I would due to delivery charges. I do not want to prescribe as I buy only when required so it’s disappointing that pizzas are not always available to non subscribers.

I've been buying from Seriously Low Carb for some time. Their products are great. My regular buy is the low carb bread.
Their customer service is outstanding. When there have been the odd issue with delivery or clitches on the website, they have always got in contact and sorted it out straight away.
