Detalhes da empresa

Deliciously Guilt Free is a small, family-run British chocolate maker on a mission to prove that giving up sugar should never mean giving up great chocolate. We make artisan, no added sugar chocolate for people who love chocolate but want less sugar in their lives. Whether you’re living with diabetes, following a keto or low-carb lifestyle, or simply trying to cut down on sugar, we believe you still deserve seriously delicious chocolate. And we mean proper chocolate. We use high-quality cacao, real cocoa butter and carefully chosen ingredients to create rich, smooth chocolate without adding sugar or using palm oil. Our chocolate is made in small batches, stone-ground for days and carefully tempered by our team before making its way to you. Deliciously Guilt Free started in our family kitchen when founder Dan began creating low-carb treats for his wife during her pregnancy after she developed gestational diabetes. What began as one husband trying to make something delicious for his wife has grown into a family business serving thousands of chocolate lovers across the UK. We’re still small. We’re still learning. And we still care enormously. Every day, our little team strives to make the very best chocolate we possibly can… for you.

Liked the plain but the milk has an after taste that i find unpleasant and is reminiscent of diabetic chocolate

Resposta da Deliciously Guilt Free
Philip, thanks for being honest about the difference between the two.
I’m glad the Plain worked for you, although I completely understand what you mean about the Milk. Some people are more sensitive to the taste of the sweeteners, and that can come through more strongly depending on your palate.
One thing that can help is letting the Milk come fully to room temperature before eating it, as the cocoa butter softens and the flavour tends to open up more.
Really appreciate you giving both a try.

2nd time I've ordered the chocolate and I will be ordering again. My wife and I love it. And have told friends and family about this little gem.

Ken, second order in and already planning the next one... I love that 😊
Even better that both you and your wife are enjoying it enough to start telling friends and family. Word of mouth like that genuinely means a lot to a small business like ours.
And I’ll happily keep the “little gem” title 🍫
Dan

Michael, I’m really sorry you haven’t been able to find your order.
The Royal Mail tracking is showing it as delivered, I'll give you a call to get this issue sorted for you.
I completely understand how frustrating this must be.

Just Delicious
I love this chocolate - I’m a devout chocoholic who is also a T2 diabetic, so to find chocolate that tastes marvellous but won’t raise my blood sugar is a miracle. It’s everything anyone looks for in a chocolate bar and it’s better than anything else I’ve tasted. Best of all though, is the superb customer service and personalised messaging that comes with the subscription (if you choose that way). I recently had to call DGF and was delighted to find that my name was known at the company. My issue was resolved instantly to my complete satisfaction.

Ruth, this is such a lovely review... and coming from a self-confessed chocoholic, I’m taking the chocolate praise very seriously 😊
I’m especially pleased that the personal side of DGF stood out to you too. We’re still a small business, and I never want people to feel like just another order number, so hearing that you felt known and looked after when you called means a huge amount.
It’s also wonderful to hear about your own experience with your blood sugar. Everyone can respond differently, of course, but I know how reassuring it must be to find a chocolate you genuinely love and feel comfortable enjoying.
Thank you for sticking with us, Ruth... reviews like this really do mean a lot.

Really glad the service has been good again, and even better that the chocolate keeps disappearing a bit faster than planned.
Thanks for coming back to us... I really appreciate it 🍫

Only one bar a day... that’s some serious restraint 😊😂
I’m taking “it’s gorgeous” as proof the chocolate is making that one-bar limit quite a challenge.
Really appreciate the five stars 🍫

Advertisements are great, delivery is great, the "personalised" letter is a nice touch. Chocolate is fine, my socks remain in place though :-)

Anna-Marie, this is such a lovely one to read.
I’m really glad the proper cocoa butter, real chocolate taste and different flavours are what keep bringing you back. That repeat support means a huge amount.
It’s also brilliant to hear about your own experience with your blood sugar. Everyone responds differently, of course, but I know how reassuring it is when you find something that works well for you.
Thank you for sticking with us 🍫

John, I’m sorry it didn’t live up to what you were hoping for.
Some people are much more sensitive to the taste of the sweeteners than others, so I completely understand how an aftertaste can spoil the whole experience.
Thank you for giving us a try and for being honest about it.

Keith, “omg I need this chocolate” made me laugh 😂
I’m glad everything arrived safely and that the packaging and little details were all spot on. Even better that the flavours have you wanting more.
We are working hard on getting orders out quicker as we grow... although I suspect once you’re hooked, no delivery speed feels quite fast enough 😂🍫

Lovely chocolate it's so nice and it's good to know that there is NO palm oil in the chocolate.

Resposta da Deliciously Guilt Free
Christine, I’m really pleased you picked up on the no palm oil side of things.
Using proper cocoa butter matters to me because it gives chocolate that lovely melt and keeps the flavour where it should be... on the cocoa.
So glad you’re enjoying it, and thank you for noticing the difference 🍫
