Don't waste your time.... I ordered this device for my wife 10 months ago and it has now stopped working entirely. I've emailed Staci a dozen times over the past month and they've never bothered to respond and there isn't any phone number on their website. I should of known I was in for a great experience when it took over 4 weeks to even ship the original order and after paying for Express Shipping due to the floods in my Area in 2024, they posted by regular post... Who would have thought, the parcel then got stuck for a further 2 weeks... Never received a refund for express post, consistently ghosted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they are SCAMMERS.

Delivered on a footpath on a main street???
I ordered this for my daughter during Black Friday Sales. I arranged to have it delivered to my office. about a week and half later I got an email asking me how we were going with it. I replied advising we had not received it yet and there was no reply but I assumed they had been smashed with lots of orders due to black friday and christmas so gave them some grace.
I got a notification between christmas and new year while my office was closed. Packaged delivered??? WTF
I went to the office as soon as I saw the notification which was about an hour after it came in but there was no package.
for context I sublet my office space from a real estate agent in a main street of Frankston and the package was apparently left with an ATL (authority to leave) and because its in the heart of Frankston and its a shop front that means the parcel was left at 6:13PM in the evening on the footpath out the front. There was clear signage up in the window showing the premises was closed from the 22nd of December - 5th of January with contact numbers of who to get in touch with and my business was clearly named on the delivery instructions.
In addition to this our business hours are 9am - 5pm so even if was delivered during a normal trading period the shop would have been locked up at 6:13pm so the same thing would have happened.
I have tried multiple times to reach out to these guys but they have no social media presence and no phone number published. The only method of contact is an email address they never reply to.

Scam, ordered a product for my partner two weeks before Christmas with express shipping - no confirmation of the order being processed or anything. Multiple emails have been sent with no response. Should have looked at these reviews prior, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A STORE. I do not know how this is still up and running after all these reviews and complaints.

Placed an order over a month ago and still have not received. Have tried emailing the only email address they give as well as twice on their contact page on the website. So far no response from any of them. Feeling absolutely scammed.
No after-sales contact possible
Purchsed product and it arrived. Was an ok product, but didn't heat up very much and the "massage" function just appeared to be a bag inflating every 20 seconds.
Anyway, after two weeks of use the item stopped charging. Multiple emails to Staci went without any response. No phone number to call. No shop to visit.
The negative review I left on their website was "pending", then disappeared.
Do NOT trade with this company.
You can find their products elsewhere, for less money.
Impossible to return an item….
I ordered 3 items. It’s very clear on the website you have 45 days to return it! I have emailed them everyday for 3 weeks and I haven’t heard back. There is no phone number or any other process to start a return. I only want to return one item. It’s a bit dodge.
Terrible customer service, sub par product
They took forever to send the TENS machine and when I asked for a tax invoice I heard from nobody. Still haven’t. Their customer service is beyond shocking. I also used their subscription replacement pads and I no longer need the subscription. There is no way to cancel this without contacting them. I’ve done this 3 times now and they are still taking the money. Do not use their subscription or buy from them.
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Lack of Care
I purchased the Staci Companion Period Pain Relief Device for my partner last year. She suffers from endometriosis, and while the device didn’t completely remove her pain, it genuinely helped make her symptoms more manageable — which meant a lot to us.
Unfortunately, earlier this year the device suddenly stopped working and would no longer charge. I contacted Staci Australia, provided a video showing the issue, and was told to send the product back (at my own cost) for a replacement. I did exactly that — but since then, I’ve heard nothing back. Despite sending over five follow-up emails across four months, Staci has completely ignored me.
For a company that claims to advocate for women’s health and support those with endometriosis, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. Their complete lack of communication and accountability shows they don’t value their customers once a sale is made.
I strongly recommend avoiding Staci — their customer service is unresponsive, and their actions don’t align with the values they promote.

Scammers. I ordered my item over 2 months ago. Apart from the initial tracking confirmation that 'your parcel information has been received' it is clear that the item was never sent. I have followed them up and they advised they would contact the courier and if the package had gone missing they would send a replacement. I received no further information and my three emails since have ben completely ignored. Having now read so many other reviews stating the same thing, it is clear that this organisation is a scam. I have reported them to the ACCC

Please stay away people. This site needs to be shut down.
Never got my product. Several police emails to them with no response. Finally they said they would refund or replace. That went nowhere until I threatened to go to Consumer Affairs. Then they sent a refund email but did not refund the additional shipping costs! Crazy horrible. I hope this site gets shut down soon so no one else becomes a victim to this scam.

Don't buy! My partner bought this for me. Waited a month for delivery. Is super loud when on massage function. Massage is woefully weak. Hot water bottle or wheat bag far superior than this device for heated pain relief. Absolute waste of money.

Bought the product. It was not what was advertised and didn’t heat up as to what they say it does. Tried to return but they want me to pay for shippping. Have now shipped it back to them for a refund and now they do not reply to emails and have not sent the money back. I will be filing a police report with Queensland for theft as well as Accc.

My Man bought it for me to help with my pain.
In general, it heats up okay but the hot water bottle is much better. It lasts only an hour which is pretty poor.
The massage function is pointless, it doesn't really work well and is pretty loud. Overall i would not recommend but for his sake because he was so sweet thinking of me, i won't ask for a return.
If I had to describe my staci product…
If I had to describe my staci product the only way would be to say it's a 'life saver'.
I have both the staci pulse and the staci companion and I'm not sure how i was able to live my life without them to this point.
I originally purchased staci because of a recommendation from a girl i work with and she had great things to say.
Terrible (non-existent) customer service or support
I’ve been trying to request an invoice for my order so I can claim my purchase back through my private health care fund for over 2.5 months. I am so disappointed in my experience (or lack thereof) customer service with Staci.
