I’ve purchased both the Staci Companion and the Staci Pulse and LOVE them both and have found them incredible for back pain as well as period cramps!

This is by far one of the best purchases I’ve made like ever.
My partner has severe period cramps and pain, used to be on lot of painkillers during the time of her month.
Staci has changed that and now she’s is much more comfortable without any strong pain meds.

I have purchased this for my partner she heavily used both the Staci Companion device and Plus TENS devices daily. The Plus is great for dealing with pain when she's out and about and the Companion is perfect for relaxing at home with the in-built heater and massager. Hopefully in future versions there will be battery improvements. Otherwise totally perfect and has helped with Endometriosis Pain a bunch.

I love my Staci pulse. It was so weird to used at first but once you get used to it. It’s like magic. I 100% recommend who suffers from severe period pain 🩷

I got the Staci pulse, and it’s great! it really helps with my menstrual cramps as I have endometriosis and it severely affects my days as I can’t move during my cycle, but the Staci pulse works really well to help with the cramps!! it’s pain free and you can adjust the settings to your own liking, and I love how I can put it on and go to work and no one would know! It doesn’t make noise at all and the charge does last pretty long (around 4-5 hours of continuous use). If you experience cramps or muscle pains I would definitely recommend! Shipping was quick as well.

I have both the Period Pain Relief Device and the TENS Pain Relief Device. As someone with endometriosis my periods are debilitating, I rely on these products to help ease my pain which they do such a great job with. Can 100% recommend these products, I also use both for lower back pain associated with my period as well which they work wonderfully for as well!

Works well as a tens machine. Has a really long battery life and the sticky pads are durable as long as you apply a small amount of water to them. Not perfect for pain flare ups but does provide relief for everyday pain.

I absolutely love my staci. It's small and can be taken anywhere. It's quite so no-one can hear it and it takes all my pain away ☺️ definitely buy this item

I love my Staci pulse! It's small, compact and easy to take with you anywhere. It charges fast and stays in place when applied to body. It is great for endometriosis pain and leg muscle pain. Can definately recommend this product if you are sitting on the fence regarding purchasing.

If I could give 0 star I would! I ordered on 28th July! It’s now been 21 days and Still haven’t received my order and have had no reply to any of my 5 emails. If I write in there Facebook they remove my comment straight away! Paid by Afterpay not sure how they can have Afterpay when they are clearly scamming everyone!

I bought the heat pad machine and the pulse machine for my endometriosis. The heat pad works amazingly for me at night and the pulse machine helps my majorly throughout the day at work! I can’t thank this purchase and this team enough for providing these to woman who are in need of relief. 10/10 recommend.

As a person who lives with chronic pain, I absolutely love my Staci Pulse and Staci Companion! My life with Endo and PCOS is far from convenient and flare ups can be so unpredictable but I love that both products are convenient and accessible for use in the community! I don't need to worry about the inaccessibility of microwaves in the community to heat my heat pack because I have my Staci Companion! And who doesn't love supporting and Australian owned buisness!

Don’t waste your money. As an endometriosis sufferer I was keen to give the Staci a try as it promises on its website pain relief. The heat function cuts out and barely gets warm and the “massage” is an air bag that inflates and deflates that you can hardly feel. It’s extremely loud so you can’t use it in an office setting or when in bed. The claim one size fits all is not correct either. I am a size 16 and it barely fit. They claim a 45 day money back guarantee but don’t answer your emails requesting the refund. Steer clear - absolute waste of money and praying on women in serious pain to make money with a dodgy product.

My daughter has returned the product several weeks ago at an additional cost of $20, she has also tried to reach out to the company via emails multiple times to try and see what is happening with the return of her money. There has been no response, Australia post states that the product has been received by their end.
I think this company is a Scam. I definitely would not recommend anyone to purchase from them, they take innocent peoples money. Their promise to give a full refund and return the money if not satisfied with the product is all a lie.

I have received an email stating that their entire warehouse system has been down for a while. All orders will be sent out manually. Definitely seems legit now ignore the previous review!

NO NO NO! Do NOT buy. I ordered a product weeks ago, I live in the same city as their so called “warehouse” which is supposedly based in Melbourne. I have not received any emails regarding a tracking number, I have sent multiple emails with no response. SCAM! I will be contacting consumer affairs to see what I can do further.

Shipping was quick, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my Staci companion

Not quite sure how this company has any good reviews as their product is a complete scam.

Does not heat. Slightly warms but wouldn't do anything for pain. Would be less effective than a hot water bottle with lukewarm water.

The massage feature is a have. Definitely not a massage and it is so noisy. Whirs away then goes poof and puffs out which is not one bit like a massage.

Have gotten no response to my emails regarding a refund.

Honestly do not buy, biggest waste of money ever.
