Correct addresses are important
1. The stair company entered the address incorrectly on the first shipment which delayed arrival by 2 days.
2. Sixteen (16) of the round shoe collars arrived chipped, dinged and scratched. Not from damage - they were packaged that way!
3. The order for the replacement shoe collars arrived late because the shipping address was entered incorrectly AGAIN!!!
4. I run a business and it's hard to make money when product doesn't arrive as scheduled. This isn't rocket science. It's just carelessness.

Jody, I apologize for your negative experience. When L.J. Smith was processing your original order, one of the account managers must have entered your address incorrectly, human error, it happens. Had you had told us about the error we could have corrected it and gotten your replacements to you in a timely manner. The address for your order was already in their system incorrectly so when they dispatched the replacement, it went to the same incorrect address. It's not rocket science, help me, help you!

Mike with Stairpartsconnect was awesome to work with. Had a very specific order for some wrought iron spindles and shoes and he helped me get them in time to wrap up a big project. The product was very high quality. And the finished product looked incredible. The customers were super excited to see how great it all looked. Thanks Mike!

Accidents happen.
My order was somehow "deleted" due to a website snafu, so 0 stars for that. The owner was very polite and worked to make things right, so 5 stars for that. I was delayed quite substantially from receiving my order but I do believe it was an accident. So 4 stars overall for the recovery effort. I will order again from them.
