Great service
I got everything I ordered in timely matter. Price was great compare to retailers. Just wished shipping was free if order is $1000.00 instead of $1500.00.

Hi Carmen, I'm glad your shopping experience has been good and that you have found our prices to be fair.
As far as the free shipping limit goes...
In order to keep our prices low, we can't mark-up our prices enough to cover the losses incurred by giving away free shipping at the lower price range.
Generally when an order is in the $1000 or above range it will have to ship via "LTL Freight" (Big Truck), which will cost $300 plus or whatever our suppliers charge us (Generally what they are charged by the shipping company).
$1500 offers enough protection; and through trial and error, has become our safe number.
I hope my explanation makes some sense and thank you for your review!

for shipment with the result being everything was in perfect condition.

Amazing Service!
Mike @ Stairpartsconnect.com was great to work with. He was across the country but provided better service than my local building supply store. He spent over an hour on the phone and traded multiple emails with me to make sure I got the right parts. I would highly recommend them.

Baluster purchase
The prices were much cheaper than any of the big box home center stores, shipping was inexpensive, order time to receipt of the product was 3 days or less and the customer service people were very helpful and responsive. Doesn't get much better than that.
