Very pretty watches. I especially like the bands which conform to your wrist so you don't have to have them resized to a smaller size. The customer service ( well, Rachelle ) is wonderful.

Hope they keep good time because I really do like them.

It's beautiful
It took several weeks for the watch to arrive, but the wait was worth it!

Saw these advertised through an advert on Facebook and they caught my eye straight away, being so unique and beautiful. The price was just right that day and with my 40th birthday looming I thought I'd treat myself.. So ordered a black stardust watch and geo bracelet. I was able to track it all the way to me and delivery took 11 days... Well worth that little wait 😍it's beautiful.. Now I want another :)

Ordered it 09/0-/2021 and was here less than week later perfect condition and fits amazingly, would happily order again, also quality is exactly as described, love it

um im lowkey kind of scared now because i just ordered a watch today from the website, and the reviews are making it seem as if ive wasted my money :(( hopefully the tracking number arrives soon and ill update the review once its here,,

Bought three of the watch, they are very cheaply made. One did not work. Something you would get from the pound shop. The premium box I paid for was also trash and arrived damaged. Do not buy from these scammers!

My daughter sent me a link of the watch she wanted for Christmas. It showed a picture of a large watch face on a girls/ladies wrist. I looked for providers in the UK but was sent to a US site. They had a sale, so I ordered on for just over £20.
It arrived within 2 weeks. In the post, in a grey plastic bag, unboxed with just some Styrofoam wrapped round the face. The strap looks cheap and not really rose gold, more dirty. The face is a lot smaller than shown and no paperwork at all. Nothing. Not even a receipt. Although all the emails and payment were in the Stardust watches name, I have to wonder.
Also, shipment was from China I think. Not USA.
Not impressed. Wish I'd saved my money.

I was so excited to received my pretty watches which was delivered quickly however i was disappointed as it arrived damaged could be due to shipping, very understandable 😉. I contacted customer service and i was sent a replacement without questions! Not just awesome watches but very kind, responsive and helpful customer service!!! I have not experienced such help from other company only with Stardust. 😘😘😘 i have ordered 3 more watches!

I wish I had gone through the real reviews on here first. All these positive "invited" reviews on here is falsely inflating the rating. I also checked instagram and facebook reviews prior to purchasing but now I know how foolish I am and have been greatly deceived by all these seemingly "positive" reviews. It was marketed as an "Australian" company, so I thought I would support a local business here. After I placed the order, the tracking information I received was from China....big red flag right there. I ordered 3 watches, all arrived faulty. 2 of them had scratches and dents, 1 of them can't even keep the time (it will just stop working randomly within 1 hour each time I tried to re-adjust the time). Mind you I was wearing the watch, not laying it down so the magnetic strap wasn't even touching the watch which might cause it to stop working. I contacted customer support; they responded within a day that they will send me a replacement. Guess what, the replacement that arrived were also faulty! For $36 AUD I know I wasn't going to get top quality, but it's a bit ridiculous that every watch received has been faulty...a complete waste of money.

The quality of the watch is horrible, the color scratches off easily and the cloak knob broke. Please consider buying this and actually look at the reviews on other websites cause the reviews on the stardust watches website are fake

I haven't received my watch yet (Brisbane) but if I had of known it was coming from China no way would I have ordered this item ..no updates no correspondence nothing too long I won't order again so pissed

While the watches look amazing in pictures, in reality you get a cheap looking chinese quality "bracelet". Get's damaged in very short time. Don't get fooled

Watches came faster than expected, however you get what you pay for. The watches are just for fashion and not for actual use. Don't be fooled - the good reviews on here are fake and just to boost the company's rating. I tried setting the time on them twice and while the arms on the clock move, they don't actually stay the right time. I liked that the band on the watch was magnetic so it's one-size-fits all, however there was a bit of chipping on the paint job when it arrived. If you're looking for an actual watch that works for the time I would not recommend buying from them, but I like to wear the watches for the look so it's alright I guess.

I have no idea how this watches have such a high score on trusrpilot. I wasn't expecting Rolex quality, but these are CHEAP AF

The color is already fading (and i kept them in a jewelry box). Also i have no idea how tiny the models must be, because they look pretty big in the photos while in real life they are quite small.

SCAM

I ordered the watch in June, and didn't get any messages about any issues, but the issue was that apparently the shipping got denied and the watch was returned but I wasn't told. I tried messaging them about it but the only way I could get through was via Facebook. Eventually I got through to them and asked for a refund which they obliged. So after all this fuss, I have my money back and that's all that matters to me. I can't say much about a product I haven't had.

Cheap plastic watches. Plastic face rather than glass, the metal band is very flimsy and it has no weight to it. The band attachment bent and popped out the first time I wore it. That I could easily bend it back around to hold the spring is not a good indication of quality. It's got a very loud ticking mechanism (I have a lot of watches and none of them can easily be heard like this).

It took two months to arrive, and came wrapped in a little bit of bubble wrap - no box to protect it. I was fooled by the significant number of positive reviews. Don't waste your money.

It shipped quickly and the watch and bracelets are both really pretty and comfortable to wear! If they hold up I will be buying more in the future.

I checked these reviews before purchasing and due to the high score felt confident to go ahead with a purchase. HOWEVER, I feel like most of these positive reviews must be fake because I have had a consistently bad experience with the quality of these products. I ordered three watches from Stardust after seeing an Ad on Instagram. Every single watch has either fallen apart or just stopped working all together, either immediately or within the first two days. As I believed there was a chance I was just unlucky I complained directly to the company who were quick and efficient in their response (which seemed like a good sign), but the replacement watch they sent me is also broken. Please learn from my lesson and don't waste your money on these watches, they're not worth it.
