Really disappointed with the customer service I received. When I tried to cancel my subscription, I was told I might as well keep it paused because I wouldn’t be able to use the discount code again, which felt incredibly rude and presumptuous, as that wasn’t remotely the reason I wanted to cancel.

I simply don’t want subscriptions that I can easily forget about. I’d rather try the product when it arrives and, if I genuinely like it, make my own decision about whether to subscribe or purchase again.

It was only after sending a strongly worded email that they finally agreed to cancel. Such a shame, as this could have been handled so much more professionally and respectfully from the start.

The perfect eco and ethical alternative. Fits through the letterbox too and the subscription service just makes sense. Also the most affordable eco-friendly pads I could find.

I love this service! I’m one of them women that always forget when I’m coming in then have to go out and frantically buy towels. This service is the same price as the supermarkets, the towels are the best I’ve used ( the more wings the better!) and they don’t have harmful chemicals like other towels. Highly recommend!

I bought this product for my daughter both sizes and she loved them i can highly recommend this product and a good price too. 5* thank you so much

Since using the heavy flow pads I have experienced some pain, throbbing and extreme burning.
I’m really sorry but I shan’t be using them again

Delivery came in good time. I can’t remember exactly but it was no longer than a week. The towels themselves are very good. Comfy, no smells. I’m happy with them and will definitely continue my subscription. Thank you wavy circle.

Since my review, I have heard back from Wavy Circle and they have refunded me the products I didn't need (and I have donated them to a local community larder) they have also changed my subscription details that should hopefully match how many I need. They were really helpful and explained what the problem was.

I have tried to cancel my subscription via the manage my subscription on the website and emailed in address given but I have been charged for another month. I have now emailed again, not 1 reply or acknowledgement. There isn't a telephone number I can call either. Not great customer service.

Wavy Circle are an incredible company with ethics and great values products. I have used this service for quite sometime now and I’ve never had any issues. There products are great quality.

My daughter is so happy with the pads she is autistic and suffers with endometriosis so this is one less thing to worry about when she has her period ❤️

At first I was concerned with the stickiness since I usually wear boxers when I’m on and they didn’t stick to them, so I changed to regular pants but they stuck perfectly fine to them. I was worried about leaks since you know, pants are smaller than boxers but I haven’t had a single leak which just feels amazing. They’re thin to wear but boy do they absorb, and not in the bulky way regular pads do they just absorb and continue to feel barely there. Delivered to the door, £3/4 for 18?? That’s way better than always and those other brands. I was actually exited to come on to try them, cannot glaze them enough best pads I have ever used just wish I’d used them sooner😭

They were too tight for my granddaughters.

The pads that are advertised for heavy flow are not fit for heavy flow. Mine leaked within an hour of usage and they are no where near big enough.

I am now having issues with cancelling my subscription with them. I've emailed them 3 times asking them to cancel as their website doesn't allow me to, I haven't heard anything back apart from more emails saying transaction failed. I won't be paying for my next subscription and am going to my bank to cancel all future payments with this company.

I bought our daughter the stashie scrunchie and drink cover in her Christmas Eve box (yes- I still do them for my grown up girls 🤣). She loved it before she even realised it had storage in it and has worn daily since. I didn’t honestly think she’d use the cover, as she doesn’t go out at night much, but last night spontaneously sent me a pic of her drink with it on. V happy mum

I have PCOS and suffer with extremely long heavy periods. I saw an ad and thought I’d try out the heavy flow pads with not much expectation. Truth is not only do they hold my flow much better than other brands but I have no irritation and they sit much better! Never again will I return to named brands! Also being biodegradable is the cherry on top! Thanks wavy circle for making such a horrible time that little bit more bearable ❤️

Lovely product, great service

Their customer service is very responsive and pretty good. This isn’t the product for me - I’m a super heavy bleeder (Always 5/6) and this is more for heavy bleeds (Always 4-4.5). This is still a great product; I’m just not their target consumer at this time and that’s ok. I hope they expand their range soon so I can re-sub.
