Had a really great experience with Status Audio customer service. I presented my problem and after a little discovery... they solved it quickly.
Honestly, at first I was prepared to be quite frustrated... Mostly because I was paying attention to a few people who left negative posts. But... They were wrong... I am grateful and completely satisfied.
.... And.... The earbuds are really fantastic.
Amazing Products and even better customer service!
I was having an issue with my out of warranty Between Pro earbuds and the folks at StatusAudio went above and beyond any expectations! After not being able to revive my earbuds that assisted me in replacing the with the newer model 3ANC earbuds!
If there is a company with better customer service please point me to them! Status Audio is the industry standard that every company should strive for.

Do Business with small companies
My wife purchased a pair of ear buds as a Christmas gift for me in 2022. I had an issue with the left side no longer charging in June of 2024. I contacted the company by email and was given multiple troubleshooting tips that didn't work. Despite them being out of warranty they offered a replacement at half price. Disgruntled, I declined and offered to ship them back so they could draw their own conclusion on the issue. They responded by sending me a new pair to replace mine. I've never had a business go this far above the bar to satisfy a customer. These guys are awesome!

Amazing after service.
I bought 3ANC ear buds earlier this year. Amazing sound quality but there were problems with the connectors in the charging case. Left and Right charging at different rates, or one side not charging at all. Ear buds not disconnecting from Bluetooth or sometimes connecting from inside the case. All very frustrating.
I emailed support who offered two different fixes. Tried both but the problem persisted. No other information needed. A new set being delivered and the original being kept as back up. Brilliant after service. Thank you Status Audio!
I had an issue where my right earbud…
I had an issue where my right earbud did not work after falling out of my ear onto the ground on a walk. At the time I was upset and mentioned this in a comment. To my surprise, they issued me a replacement. I really love the sound , and extremely happy with the customer service.

When I first DM’d Status Audio on…
When I first DM’d Status Audio on instagram asking them which pair I should buy, they quickly responded and answered my questions. Then much later when a small piece of my earbud cover broke off, they sent me a new pair. Great headphones and great customer service!
Best PR People ever.
Whoever runs the social media team deserves a raise, because I have never felt more valued as a customer than I have with them. I ordered a pair of earbuds back in December, and last month they went static-y. They were amazing before that, genuinly the best pair of earbuds I had ever gotten so it sucked to lose them like that, but I was in the process of moving so I don't wanna bother with repairing. However, when I messaged the Instagram page a few days ago they generously offered to send me a replacement. Even tho I explained how I was worried I would not be able to find my faulty pair, they assured me my experience was top priority. You guys are great :]
Truly amazing
These devices are hands down the best I’ve ever had as measured by sound quality. They are unbelievably clear and crisp with deep bass. I’ve been hearing things in my favorite songs that I’ve never heard before. They look and feel of the highest quality. They’ve really exceeded my expectations. Kudos to you guys. What a mid blower of a product!!

comfortable fit in the ear. This is my 3rd pair from you guys (First one I lost in some huge fall leaf piles, so impossible to find. Second one the dog got hold of them and swallowed it...ain't looking for that one!), and keep coming back to you because they are the best sound for the buck that I've ever heard. And communication from you on purchase and delivery was very timely and detailed.
This time went up from your Pro to the ANC and really happy I did.

I just told them on their page what happened to my Between 3ANC. After about 30 minutes, I got a response, and the whole thing got cleared in about 2 h of writing mails, mostly extended by my inability to refresh. The customer support was fluent in English w/o any deficits
Horrible customer and brand experience and service.
Had a horrible customer experience. They do not sell replacement charging cases like every other vendor so if you loose you are SOL have to buy again.
They also don’t offer much of a discount for having to buy in its entirety. Meaning if you misplace or loose again they will charge you even more. Such a bad brand experience, I was a fan but they lost me as a customer. Buyer beware. Read all the other one star reviews before you buy (seems like I am not the only one) and decide if you want to deals with this company’s way they do business.

I first saw ads for Status on instagram and was intrigued. However, I have had horrible experience with almost everything I've bought based off social media... so I am writing this review for 2 reasons- the quality of the product and customer service.
Quality- before buying the 3ANC I had Sony WF-1000xm5 and before that WF-1000xm3. They were both great headphones and I have no major complaints. That being said, the 3ANC by status I a dramatic increase in sound quality. The 3 separate speakers create a fullness of sound that is unmatched. The subwoofer creates a deep base that I've never seen in earbuds and surpasses most over the ear as well. The battery life is excellent as is the fit. And the noise canceling is the best I've seen in earbuds.
Customer service- my first set from status was stolen a month after my purchase... I was so pleased with them that I decided to repurchase. After paying full price for my replacement set I emailed customer service to ask a question about the foam eartips. They asked me why I was reordering a month after my first purchase and if there was an issue to which I explained the theft that occurred but that I loved their product. They responded by giving me a 50% discount and added the foam eartips for free! This was after I placed the order at full price and this offer was made without me asking. I've never had that before and I wanted to share this experience for anyone who is on the fence about purchasing this product. Just do it!
Great products at a good price
I am more than happy with all of the products I have purchased from Status Audio. The most recent purchase was their Between 3 ANC earbuds which I used for a 5 hour flight to San Francisco. The noise cancelling was amazing and the sound (I listened to music the entire way) was great. Also, their support is very good and responsive.
Very poor customer service no product and no refund
Very poor customer service. Ordered about 8 weeks ago their delivery partners have failed. I dod want my earphones but after repeated fobbing off from alleged customer service i dont even want them anymore. Starus audio keep spouting the same rubbish even though their delivery oartner has conformed returned to them.
I have no earphones and am still out of pocket for the money and this company os doing nothing. I am going to have to persue a refund via my bank. It shouldnt be this difficult

I contacted Status Audio because my BT ONE were aging like wine. These are discontinued but they made a great offering. In all fast response from customer service A+ and beyond now I have core anc couldn't be happier. STATUS AUDIO FOR THE WIN. 💯 RECOMMENDED.
