If your from australia id "stay" away from this site. They will take your money, and make it incredibly difficult to recieve a payout. They are useless. Customer service give the same bs answers without help.

first things first. withdrawals work. bonus's occur frequently. as long as you know the rules about what you can win based off of that bonus youll be fine.
Support has always been friendly and quick I even got VIP status eventually. not sure how but i have it haha

Too hard to withdraw funds
I previously gave this site 4 or 5 stars. They promised fast withdrawals. My first withdrawal..to my debit card.. about a month ago was returned due to a "glitch" in the system...the glitch has not been resolved. I then withdrew through Skrill which was immediate the first time I used it but there were fees involved. I have tried using Skrill since, but the funds were returned to my account. I then did a bank transfer which worked well, because, while the funds took a while to get into my account, I couldn't cancel the withdrawal as the transaction was completed on the Staycasino side. At this present moment, I am waiting over 5 and a half hours for my withdrawal to be processed using Bank Transfer. So at this stage, all 3 methods of withdrawal are either extremely slow or not working at all. Based on that, I couldn't possibly recommend this casino.
Also, if you want to set a limit, eg. deposit limit, you must email them. There is no access to safer gambling tools.
It all started out with great promise, but now I just want to get my funds out and close my account. No point playing on a site if you can't make a withdrawal....and to be fair, withdrawals are rare enough
