Very clean car and polite and safe driver
Very clean car and polite driver. Neatly dressed, he recommended very good places for us, including food and other suggestions. His driving was also smooth and safe, and we could relax during the drives. He was also very punctual and we had a very good time. As a suggestion, maybe some water bottles could be kept to begin with.

A highly satisfying experience
Indeed I was a bit sceptic about booking an online cab that too a brand new to me. Moreover, I was on a business trip with our CEO and thus the degree of dilemma went way up. But my experience was really great. Every aspect, the ease of booking, guidance, and tracking by the customer care team during the ride, payment options, cab quality, and the courteous customer care team were really great and a benchmark. Team followed up with me immediately, created WhatsApp channels through the travels, and made some modifications I requested quickly. All the drivers and guides provided were excellent as well. I have a mixed review
I have a mixed review, the service we used in Bangalore doesn't met our expectations. Driver was not engaging or initiating, he was mainly on mobile phone talking to his friends, and dropped us were ever we asked to drop.
Whereas the driver in Hyderabad was very helpful, engaging, takes initiative and recommend us places. Took care of us well.

Dhiren Thakker - Kolkata car rental
I had an excellent experience in assisting me to pick and rent a car, communication of the team from the time I rented until providing information about the driver and the car at Kolkata airport.
The driver was supposed to be waiting for me with my name placard; instead he called me tell me that he is in his car, waiting for me nearby. He did not speak English and my Hindi was somewhat rusty. It took me nearly 15 min to find the driver. The drive was good natured, but because of our language barrier, we had trouble finding our destination. The driver was good natured and responsive to my requests throughout the day.

Time punctuality but car/ driver quality could have been better
Time punctuality. Car quality was not great. Driver had his own strong opinion but listened to us when we had our own plan. He could have made us more comfortable
