UPDATE: //After a few weeks I heard back from John (owner?) The business is still open (Google wont update listing for some reason) and my replacement collars did turn up after 3 weeks. John did advise that best to not order if in the UK as customs slows delivery //
I ordered some replacement collars for my cats on 16th Aug. The business is showing a permanently closed and no one replying to emails and the phone lines are discounted so DO NOT ORDER form the website as you will not get your product and lose your money

Very poor
I ordered a system and received email confirmation the order had been processed. I had no notification of delivery details and chased. They contacted me to say it had been returned to depot. I have now been chasing them daily by email and leaving phone messages but no response. Very poor service. I am awaiting a refund.

The service was excellent
The service was excellent! I had an issue with a faulty unit at the start but they talked me through troubleshooting and then replaced the unit.
Ordering and delivery were really efficient. Very happy to recommend to others.
Unit is now working well.

Fantastic product
Fantastic product. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Took only 30 mins to train my crazy retriever to stay within the perimeter. Staff are very helpful.
