It was really easy.

Renewal should be easier
LIKE: Agent was polite and professional.
DISLIKE: having to go through ALL the medical exclusions for EVERY renewal even when stating there has been no change.
Much better service would be to ask if anything has changed, then ADD or DELETE as necessary.

After weeks of communicating with this company we need this, we need that! I worked tirelessly to get the information they required must have spoken to 5 people and not one of them gave me an indication I would not be successful with my claim. My husband and I are pensioners. We recently went to New Zealand. Due to flight problems and connections we missed our flight in Singapore by 13.5 hours. Our flight back was changed and delayed 6 days. On return our flight Auckland to Sydney was delayed 24 hours. No fault of ours and guess what insurance doesn’t cover it. What is the point of insurance with these companies? Waste of time. Take your money then don’t give a damn

Thank you for posting your review. I am sorry to hear about your recent experience when making a claim.
You should have been provided with an explanation of why the claim was declined and also directed to the point in the policy wording document where they have found that you are not covered.
May I refer you to the below details in relation to making a complaint if you wish to. It will be handled by the claims relations team via the underwriter and they will complete a full investigation. This information can also be found in your Policy Wording, but I have also listed it below for your reference.
