Sent 1/2 of order 15 days late!! Claimed they were clear in description of item ordered which is not true!! Now saying they will not cover return cost because I did not cancel the order!! What a joke. Filed a complaint with the credit card company as they refuse to tell me what will be refunded if I return. Don’t trust them at this point. Max Attitude for false advertisement!! Would never recommend ordering from this site!! Letting the credit card company manage! Done with the ignorance…

Ordered a nvr website showed 900 something. Said it would ship in 1-3 days. Week later I called and they said they have to add 350 if I want it cause of tariffs. Another week later it's still showing 900 something. False advertisement don't trust this company

I placed an order for over $17,000 worth of product on 2/19/2026. I was informed they had to cancel the order on 2/25/26. They submitted the internal request to refund the order on 3/9/2026. On 3/24, Karen informed me, "Based on the available Paypal balance which auto sends to the bank.
I have sent a partial refund of 5K. Balance will follow shortly." Balance never followed. I had to initiate a chargeback to get my refund. My experience is that they are NOT a reputable company.

I paid for 2 hard drives and they debited my checking account via Link.

6 days later I inquired about the order status as I still didn't had not received a tracking number. They told me that it should ship by Friday.

16 days after the debit cleared I called back again - they told me that "The new selling price due to WD increases and contract is 506.00 each." I searched for the hard drive online again, and their current online listed price is still the $484.77 I originally paid.

I asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund; I received email confirmation for the refund.

BEWARE!!! This place is only the middle man in most products on their website. I paid for next day air delivery on Friday morning and here it is Tuesday and still don’t have a tracking number. They will not reimburse me and can’t provide a tracking number because they are waiting on there “supplier”… why use a middle
Man company? Why provide next day air and let someone pay 250$ for shipping knowing that it will never happen. Such a scam. I’ll be ordering direct from now on.

Waited 2 weeks with no updates on order. Sent in an email to see where it was and the item was now "No longer available". Maybe don't list something if you don't have it anymore? Garbage company.

Placed order based on their "ships within 24 hours". They charged my credit card immediately. It is now 3 weeks later and I still have not even received shipping notification/tracking. No good company should charge a credit card prior to shipping. Especially if it's going to be weeks before actual shipment.

I would give this company 0 stars if it was an option. They sold me a water shut off valve product that was end of life and would not let me return it. They didn’t seem to care at all about making it right. Do not buy from this company. They’re crooks!

I ordered an NVR from 123securityproducts.com around 10 pm, and the next day I requested to cancel the order as it would arrive after 20 days.
I called the customer care and was told it would take 7-10 days to ship it. And in the next 30 mins i decided to cancel my order and was told it's shipped already and not possible to cancel anymore.
Now the NVR has arrived, and when I requested to return it without opening it and using it, I was told that I have to pay a 25% restocking fee and pay for shipping. Website clearly says 25% restocking fee if the product is not resalable as new. And they are still charging 25% fee without any reason.
This website and the lady on the customer care call are a big scam. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this website.

Very disappointed with 123 SECURITY.
I received a completely different product than the one shown in the photos — it looks cheap and doesn’t match the description. When I tried to return it, I found out they keep 25% of the amount and also make you pay for the return shipping! This is a total scam. I do not recommend dealing with this company — it’s all lies and zero respect for customers.

Complete racket. They send damaged products and refuse to refund them. Must be really hurting for money to lose so much business over $700

I ordered a part on June 14. It has finally shipped with and ETA of July 30. If you really need your part, DO NOT order from here. PS... I could not leave a review on their actual website. Not a good sign. Buyer beware!

I did the same thing as other customers did. Read the return policy. How deceitful can you be. You say you offer a 30-45 day return policy. But actually you really don't. If there are certain items you don't offer returns for list them. Should had checked Trustpilot before purchasing.

Before purchasing the intercom panel, I contacted the company to confirm their return policy in case the product didn't resolve my issue. They assured me I would have 45 days to return it, though I would be responsible for return shipping costs. Based on that confirmation, I placed my order.

A week later, they emailed me asking what I wanted engraved on the panel. I reminded them that I wasn’t sure I’d be keeping the product and that engraving it wouldn’t make sense at that stage. They acknowledged this and agreed not to engrave it.

Despite that, the panel was not shipped until three weeks after I placed the order. I had to follow up with several calls to get any updates. When the product finally arrived, I noticed it had silicone residue all around it and the pouch with screws was taped, suggesting it may not have been in brand-new condition.

When I called to initiate a return, I was suddenly told that this particular brand is non-returnable, directly contradicting what I was told earlier. I dealt with the same two representatives—Karen and Amy—throughout the process.

In my experience, the company was dishonest from the start. I strongly advise others to spend their money with more reputable businesses, and not to expect a refund if things don’t work out.

I bought a security camera from them and was impressed with the easy-to-use site, fast shipping, and great product quality. Customer service was quick to help with my installation question. Shipping wasn’t free, but the cost was fair. I’d shop here again!
