I was majorly impressed with service supplied, it was prompt and professional!

Anything I was unsure of anything there was someone at the end phone to assist me, I would definitely reccomend ans use again should I want to change anything

I applied for POA for my father in early May 2020 and found the service given was excellent. This was in the early days of lockdown due to the spread of Covid-19 so there were many challenges for all.

I've had my will with Steele Rose for around 15 years now and I've updated it 3 or 4 times due to various life events (I paid a one off fee for life that included all future updates). Recently I wanted to change it during lock down as I had major surgery and my daughter is expecting a baby. They were quick to respond to my emails and my changes were done in a timely manner so that it was all in place before I went to hospital. Fortunately I didn't need it but a really good feeling to have peace of mind!
