Rosslare to fishguard. The boat is as old as I am. Ye charge premium prices for a sub standard boat. No cabins for people who have travelled all night and need a sleep before their onwards journey. Just not good enough.

Quite disappointed with Stena this time, it's over a year since we sailed with them and it's always been a very good company but not this time particularly. My husband is registered blind and I stated this on the booking but we were the farthest from the stairs, I had to walk in front of him on the narrow gangway with huge articulated vehicles thundering down towards us holding my hand out to slow them down. Then as we were heading towards the Stenaplus lounge someone was busy polishing the walkway, not taking any notice of anything going on around them, I had t stand on the cable that was 15/20feet away from the operator so as it was safe for my husband to step over it. This is the only time I've had any reason to complain about Stena as usually we have had very good dealings with them..... probably the next time will be better....hopefully

The boat was completely sub standard, over priced food, my breakfast bap was actually mouldy. No on board facilities, duty free shop was also tiny with no stock, we were seriously unimpressed!!! Would never book stena line again.

It was a temporary replacement boat. Much smaller than normal but it was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the cafe was reasonably priced and piping hot food.

We were meant to travel on the Nordica where we had a great experience previously . However the Ben my chree was used instead . The facilities were far less than the Nordica which was disappointing for my family but the staff were kind and helpful. The return journey was marred by rough seas but we arrived safe albeit a bit sick.

This is not a ferry, after years of sailing on Stena this is definitely the last time, Irish Ferries from now on.

On 16/2/26 I used Stena line from Holyhead to Dublin and the return journey. I had travelled to Holyhead using the train. The train station is joined to the port building. On the return journey I found that foot passengers were last to get off the boat and kept waiting for over 20 minutes. The shuttle bus from the boat to the port building was also not in any rush. The results of this was that I and another dozen passengers missed the last train which was at 8pm. We had very little option but to remain in the port building for the first train in eight hours time. The port buildings have no heating and was freezing cold. The benches were perforated metal which were very uncomfortable and very cold. There was an elderly lady in a wheelchair who was also having to wait seven to eight hours. She was also freezing cold. It would be very easy for the ferry service and the train service to work together to make sure this does not happen but they deliberately choose not to do this. It demonstrates that they have no concern for their customers welfare. Leaving your customers stranded for eight hours is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend people choose another service to get to Ireland even if it is going from Liverpool or using flights.

The loading and unloading was done swiftly and efficiently.
Services o board were friendly and helpful, overall a great travelling experience.
The report requests afterwards are becoming irritable, think this is 4th request. Do you not read previous returns?

Boat was delayed again. Seems to happen nearly everytime I travel which is 2 to 3 times a year. Either delayed or cancelled. And the boat that was on the Ben My Chree is a disgrace. No cabins no wifi terrible seating area. Not near big enough for a journey like that. Everyone was complaining about the boat I spoke to a lot of other travellers. Im changing to irish ferries from now on as ive had too many bad experiences the last few years

Hi thanks for contacting me .The primary reason for my 1 star review is basically down to the fact of the ship used on the Rosslare to fishguard route the Ben ma cree which let's be honest is a very poor substitute for your usual ship. Then to make matters worse is the fare you charged me for the privelage .We are regular travellers with your selves and feel this is a blatant rip off .I purchased a house in wexford last June and have made many journeys and will do so in the future as my family live in worcester.
It would be nice to feel appreciated by your selves but you are up there NOW with Ryanair and that's an insult to Ryanair. It also would be nice to hear back from you in relation the some of the comments I have made. Regards in anticipation Paul Crosbie
