I learnt a lot and the consideration of real-life examples made it easy to apply my learning in my work environment. The sessions are interactive, with small group work, which enabled me to learn from peers.

I really enjoyed the Sterka training and found it fun, satisfying, useful and meaningful. I appreciated the training itself and what I learned, the nudges to think about and practice the training after / between sessions as well as the opportunity to spend more time with my colleagues in this way. I haven't given it 5 stars because I struggled to find the time to implement and practice the training in between sessions but I'm not sure what Trenton could've done about this and perhaps I need to own the responsibility of making time for it. I still gained lots and plan to go through all the modules and make sure that I'm putting the content into practice - of course I'll need to make time to do this! :D

Attending Team Sterka training was a great experience.

Every session was engaging, structured, and packed with valuable techniques that I could use every day at work.

Trenton (the course leader) was faultless in his delivery of key information. He tailored the training to best suit our situations, and encouraged all of us to take part in equal measure with fun exercises and role play scenarios.

Based on tried and tested models and a lifetime of experience across client service, Trenton delivers the course, packed with content in a hugely engaging way. Trenton and Team Sterka far surpassed my expectations, and my experiences with "similar" professional development courses. Trenton is a great course leader. This particular course was a great mix of theoretical and practical. He gives you a lot to think about. Not just in terms of your own performance, but those around you and how they wish or desire to be communicated with.

I completed the 6 month training programme and feel like I have learnt so much, would recommend to anyone wanting to gain more experience in account management!

Our agency has just completed a 6-month training course with Trenton at Sterka, and I personally feel revitalised. Trenton’s down to Earth approach, practical tips and tricks and a healthy dose of common sense reminders have made a huge impact on my work day to day.

I am more empathetic towards my clients and teams (not that I wasn’t before, but now it works better), I have clearer communication strategies, I organise my meetings and workday better, I have less power struggles and manage challenges and conflicts more efficiently.
