Been a customer for years and I would leave 500 stars if I could. Another yearly checkup done on our boiler etc, and another great experience. James is friendly and reassuring, efficient and tidy, punctual and professional.

I had my yearly visit today from Stibbons to service and check old school Gas Fire and Boiler.
What can I say....Exceptionally Friendly and Knowledgeable With Excellent All Round Service That Always Delivers.

A skilled gas engineering company who can be trusted is rare. Stibbons Gas is one of those. If quality is what's required, look no further.

We have been using Stibbons for a few years now, and nothing is too much trouble, we cannot recommend them highly enough! As Letting Agents at Pearl Lettings, we dread nothing more than seeing an email from a tenant saying their boiler is down or their hot water/heating is not working. That panic is completely taken away using Stibbons, as we know a phone call or email will be picked up promptly, usually with an engineer attending same day, even just to get the boiler up and running while they order parts. Nothing is too much trouble, communication is great and the team are amazing to deal with! One of the best gas engineer companies in Norwich.

If your doors are of the standard variety you may need to have them widened to admit the prodigious sense of entitlement this company exudes. We had the privilege of it through a third party so did not hire them, nor would we ever meet their expectations to be clients. Firstly they asked that we fit in with a neighbour's time slot so that it was more convenient (and profitable?) for them. When we received the appointment confirmation we were confronted with a threat to extract either £30 or £60 if we did not cancel the appointment with sufficient notice. This shows they are company with deep concern for the cost of living - they need to be sure they are all okay at our expense. When the workman arrived he immediately wanted to use our facilities. Under normal circumstances this would be okay but perhaps we should have demanded a fee of, say, £70 to cover the lack of notice about how that would be necessary. Make sure you have references and your credit card at the ready to use Stibbons. The reviews here might have contributed to an outrageous sense of entitlement. How about we dial it back people? Of course the reviews are all genuine clients, right? I've read the reply and can rest my case. I gather the disabled also get charged £70 for cancelling appointments? Do you ask whether people are disabled? Did not see that question on the threatening email. Please.

The enginer visited us to fix the boiler on 19th of July. It was the hottest day ever in Norwich. My partner was at home, so I didn't have a chance to check and supervise the works. That day was extremely hot. I went to sleep and I sweat all night. In the morning I had a look for the boiler. The heater was turned on. The radiator was hot. That dumb engineer can cos real health issues with this for people! Better they learn more responsibility! Hope that the gas is not leaking!

These guys are amazing. They installed our new boiler last year and we've just recently had our first annual service. They're knowledgeable, fast, helpful, reliable and utterly lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I would give Stibbons Gas 10 stars if I could! They came and fitted a new boiler for us in no time when we had no hot water/heating. The boiler is fantastic, their attention to detail and consideration was second to none, they are professional, polite and experts in their field. Thank you Stibbons Gas.

Stibbons came to service my gas combo and I’m left exactly where I wanted to be; fair price, excellent administration, accurate certification and helpful advice on the day. We have been using Stibbons for quite a few years now and they are always great value, and offer a very professional service. I've also called them out of hours a few times and they have been very helpful and fixed my issues over the phone.

Having decided to change our boiler servicer, the initial experience of Stibbons was important and they proved to be excellent. The booking phone call gave confidence regarding knowledge of a particular problem and what exactly it would cost. The actual service visit was also excellent with a young man who had the knack of explaining everything really plainly. A very good experience all round.
