Stibbons Gas is a company to be trusted with confidence. Since I had my new boiler installed I have been completely satisfied with their excellent service. The staff are a very professional and friendly team and I highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the manner that we received from the young man that serviced our boiler, he was very efficient and polite and he even took his shoes off at the front door without us asking him to do so .

Very easy to book the service in. Text and email reminders of date and time. Text, ETA and tracking to see how far engineer is from your house on the day too. Plus, seemed like a really nice bloke!

I’ve always found Stibbons Gas to be highly professional, courteous and they have always completed their work to the highest standard.
They have always been clean and have tidied up upon completion of a job.
They are prompt too. When you’re booked in a slot, you can rest assured they will be there. This helps hugely, not like the corporate firms that give you an ‘all day’ appointment.
The Engineers are polite and friendly and I’ve always felt confidently reassured that they are accurate with their fault diagnosis and quoting.

From booking the appointment to servicing the boiler, the customer service we received from Stibbons was excellent: friendly, helpful staff and quick, tidy and efficient service engineer.

I had my annual boiler service, I had already been sent a reminder to book it. This was followed with a Text yesterday ti ensure that i had remembered.

As always the engineer arrived promptly at 8:00, introduced himself and was going to take off his shoes before coming in to work!. He then promptly carried out the service, when fiished he asked if i wanted him to fire it up so that he could check the rads. when this was done he asked it he could check the flue in the loft.
Finally he told me of his findings and went on his way,

It's the second time we have used the company to fit a new boiler. Excellent service both times. They fitted most recent one in December 2019 and completed the work while we were on holiday for a few days which was great! James and his team are very knowledgeable and only too happy to help. We recommend them highly and would definitely use them again.

Stibbons are a really great company. We first had dealings with them when we rented a property and James services the boiler there. He was very friendly and polite. When then bought a property which needed a new boiler, relocated and new pipe work throughout. Tom, one of the engineers did an amazing job, very tidy and courteous. We wouldn’t use anyone else now and have recommended Stibbons on several occasions, something I wouldn’t do if I didn’t have complete faith in them. 10/10! Thanks for the continued great service.
