Terrible customer service and communication
They made a mistake on my first order and would not refund me but they offered $15 off the next order. I received the new order and they got the measurements wrong. They said that a manager would call me the next day and its been 3 days so I emailed and now they said it was my mistake and they would not do anything about it. Terrible customer service and they certainly don't stand behind their work. Dont waste your hard earned money .. such a scam

Not A Real Company - Very Deceptive
Not a real company. They pass it of to some drop-shipping place. Since they don’t really exist their “customer service” is of course nonexistent. They’re email reply was a screenshot of their “fine print”. The fact that the seller refers to it as fine print is a big red flag.
There are lots of companies like this. It’s a crap shoot. You might get what you ordered but if you get something you didn’t order or there’s a mistake you have no recourse.

Second time ordering from Stickers…
Second time ordering from Stickers Canada. I order a circular vinyl matte Sticker with a gradient of two colours and the print job is always smooth. I'm happy with the price and quality.

Terrible company
Terrible company!
I sent them the sticker sizes, they decided to make it bigger for some reason. Then they missed a note on my order regarding a second label. And 2 proofs later, they had some strange dots on the label instead of text. 3 proofs only because they were making things up and not doing proper quality control. Do not use this company. Just spend a few dollars more and get a proper service.

Should be called Sticker Korea
This company isn’t located in Canada- they are in Korea. That’s deceptive but that’s just the start. It took a month to get them to understand that I approved my proofs and then I haven’t received my orders. Because they come from Korea, not Canada. An issue when their website says they are located in Ontario, Canada. It will be Aug 28th according to DHL before I receive my order. Stick with Avery. They are Canadian and very reliable. Cheaper isn’t everything.

Sketchy business practices
They initially lost my order due to “technicalities” even though they had my email and phone number. When I cancelled my order I spent over 4 weeks to chase a refund which I still haven’t received. Every time I called or emailed their customer service they informed me they had to look in to it. However, still waiting on an answer. Very poor service and organization.

Hence, we received a new email last Feb 2, 2020, asking for your order and even sent you a reply yet we never heard back from you still. We can send you the screenshots of our emails as proof that we get back to your email many times. Anyway, have you tried checking your SPAM or Junkmail folder? Please try to check it there.

Disappointing
Unfortunately I did not read reviews on this company before ordering, but I had very similar experiences to other negative feedbacks posted.
This company also ignored EVERY email I sent them once I paid for my order, inquiring about the status of my shipment. The time of production and shipment stated on their website is not AT ALL accurate.
The quality was ok, and although they list on their website that there may be some off set in printing, the off set was very disappointing making parts of the business card look like it wasnt lined up properly.
I am a new graphic design business who was looking for a reliable printers, and I would just never bother with them again. I would also just like to put out this warning for designers who want quality and good communication and respect in a printers. You won't find that here!

Upon checking, you received your order 2 days late than the turnaround time. Please be informed that our standard turnaround time is 9-10 business days including delivery, however, due to the special printing on your Business Card, the production takes longer and it was delivered longer than usual. Hence, in responding to your email, we accept our shortcomings and we do apologize for that. Eventually, we received volumes of emails this holiday season and it's a shame that we missed your email.
Would you mind sending us a photo of your business card so we can forward it to our escalation team for an investigation? We have every desire to address your needs and provide the best solution available to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Scam- Guarantee is useless.
I spent over $1000 with this company.
The first few orders were good. Then multiple mistakes happened. They refused to fix their mistakes, instead offering "discounts" to have them reprinted. This included wrong colours that we told them not to add multiple times, and spelling mistakes. The final straw came when our last cards ($360 worth- two colours of foil on each side) showed up with wrong emails, websites and phone numbers. Unuseable. They also showed up almost 2 months late. This company claims to be Canadian, but they do ship all their products from Korea. They have refused to fix this latest issue without charging us a 3rd time for their mistakes.

Regarding our Production, we do print our stickers offshore, however, we assure that we don't compromise the quality of our products. Inevitable concerns or issues may occur since there are certain limitations that most printing nonetheless we are always looking for ways to better our service. Hope you would still give us a chance to improve our shortcomings.

$900 order in the garbage due to their error
I ordered nearly $900 in labels and these fools reversed the height and width. The PROOF they had me approve, had MY measurements that I NEEDED to fit my bottles. The measurements were listed on the proof in the same order they are listed on the website order form (width x height). The difference in the measurements was only half an inch, so upon initial inspection, I was only looking at the quality. The quality looked great so I didn’t think anything else of it until I went to use them a few weeks later. They didn’t fit the bottles!! I went back into my emails to double check this was not my mistake and the approved proof confirmed I had asked for the correct size.
Their initial response was that the photograph in the proof looked more vertical than horizontal, so it was my fault for approving that - IN SPITE of the fact that the correct measurements were listed above each label. Then their next response, once I pointed out the proof in their error was that I didn’t contact them within 7 day’s so again, it is my fault. Who thinks to measure stacks and stacks of labels when they approved a proof?? That’s $900 down the drain as they are now unusable.
Never use these scam artists, I am currently waiting for a second order from them that I ordered before realizing THEIR first error. I imagine it will be just as useless and also my own fault.
Their only resolution was to offer me a discount on ANOTHER order, like I would want to give another dime to these crooks.
