46 days and counting

Edit 7/9: Just after writing the 22/8 edit, I sent another email and got a response from Heather in 'Escalation' - she said she was checking on a refund with her finance team and that "We will get back the soonest once we got their feedback."

Funnily enough I heard nothing again so I emailed on 4/9 and Heather's response was "they're still reviewing".

It has now been 46 days since I sent proof of the incorrect product arriving.

It has also been more than 30 days since they responded with beautiful words "We apologize for this inconvenience. Rest assured that the entire department is checking through this, we’re figuring out what went wrong. As soon as everything is checked, we will do what is right and get back to you on this asap." How many months does your entire department need, to resolve such one single customer's complaint?

I am under the impression that you pretended to be helpful only to put up a false show for the world to see. May I ask if you ever had the slightest intention to help me at all? Or are you hoping that I would eventually drop the case like all the other consumers who had been duped and swindled by you?

Let this be a lesson to all readers. I lost money, I did not get good stickers, I lost 46 days of precious time, and I suffered 46 days of agony. All because I had wrongly placed my trust in this South Korean company which claims to be Canadian.

Unethical. Pretending to be Canadian since 2012

When everything is simple and the staff finally stops modifying the designs...everything is alright but geez when they make an error good luck to see any refund.

They printed a few times for us alright, we asked lately for a 10 000 stickers reprint...they re-printed the stickers the wrong color, they won't refund even if we spent already a few thousands dollars ordering from them...

It's also then you realize they show up as a Canadian company but everything is printed in Korea, comes directly from Korea and your money falls directly into the Korean company's pockets and they don't tell you anywhere....

I already asked them 4 times in writing their full legal business name and address...funny nobody is giving me the answer.

I don't really mind but I mind companies avoiding paying taxes this way. I decided to encourage local serious ethical companies instead.

I would definitely not recommend that company to anyone.

My reply to your 'We explained about the color gap- that happened because we followed and used the same exact file that you provided.'...no, it happened because you never had a glimpse of the stickers that were sent to me.

Please also stop your excuse that 'We admit printing in Korea when printers in Canada are unavailable'. What a load of rubbish. All the years of stickers that I ever ordered from you all came from South Korea. Do you know the standards that Canadians want? Are you even aware of the laws and consumer rights in Canada? No, because you are not in Canada. You are Korean, lying and pretending to be Canadian.

Look at all the unhappy customers and enemies that you made as a result of your unethical conducts and shady business operations. You are not getting complaints because competitors want to disparage your business.

You received complaints because you do a bad job, and you are a dishonest and unethical business.

It is very sad to know that you have come to this point, you have continued to blast reviews when in fact you are aware of the resolution that we have offered.
First, you have been asking of the business’ registration name, complete business name and tax numbers. We have repeatedly responded that the information that you were asking are confidential.
Second, we offered you a reprint of your entire order but you wanted to take the case to Paypal. Decision has been made by Paypal and it ended on our favor.
Lastly, we would greatly appreciate it, should you be contacting us directly about concerns that you have not been clarified of.
Also, we are verified and secured company, in fact, our credentials as a company have been verified by several institutions.

It's unfortunate that I have to write…

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review even if I was satisfied with the products I received from my previous order. I had inquired about a new order, which was over 2,000 postcards. The website was charging me over $500 for shipping, so I had inquired about a bulk shipment option with customer service. After prompt correspondence about what the details of my order would be, they asked me if I wanted 14pt or 16pt paper for my postcards, and did not initially state 10pt (the cheapest option) which was what I wanted to order. This automatically made me think they were already trying to up-sell me, and potentially trying to take advantage of the fact I might not know there was a cheaper option (10pt). As soon as I responded that I would not want 14pt or 16pt, they stopped e-mailing me even after a follow up. It's now been a few days and they've just ignored me altogether. If they had not wanted to offer me a bulk shipping option, they could've at least responded with a "no" instead of wasting my time as I awaited a response from them.

Also be aware they are based in Toronto but the work is done overseas. I was pleased with the quality of work from my previous order (although some of it came bent upon delivery), but based purely on a customer service standpoint, I cannot support a business who clearly doesn't care about their customers.

Edit: I take back my word. I learnt that not only was the printing done overseas, even their office, which is supposedly based on Toronto, is in fact an empty virtual company. I read from another source that they are a multi-national group with multiple websites all over the world (two examples are allstickerprinting and ozstickerprinting), but only their headquarters in the Philippines is staffed. This makes me extremely skeptical about dealing with them again seeing that they have no reliable personnel who can speak with me locally.

We are sorry to hear about this. We had this forwarded to the customer service representative knowledgeable about your situation. We are sorry that there was a delay in corresponding, there was an honest slip in here. There was a holiday and then representatives are off on weekends and that pretty much explains why. Also, we were not trying to upsell you only that 14pt and 16pt orders are the regular and most common orders. Let this be a lesson for us to always mention all the options.

To address your concern about our office in Toronto. We are an online sticker design and printing company. We do the printing process outside the offices mentioned if situations call for it. Given the timeline of customers and the bulk of orders and requests we process daily, we try to meet those on time and set up printing systems outside the countries mentioned.

As you have mentioned, quality-wise the previous orders you got from us met your expectations. This goes to show that wherever we do the printing process, quality is never compromised. The trigger was that, you felt disregarded and nobody even tried to reach out. Again, we apologize for this. Rest assured we are doing our best to have this resolved as soon as possible.
It is normal to feel skeptical about online companies especially if you were not able to talk or meet representatives personally. But we can assure you that on our websites, we have been verified several times by different website security systems.

Please drop your useless pretense. You already knew full well what had happened, which is that your printing machine wasn't working properly. I DID NOT want to change anything.

I gave you the colour I wanted.
You showed me the proof, still with the colour I wanted.
I approved it.
When I got my stickers, it was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from what I saw on my screen.
Explain yourself, StickerCanada.

Please blame your incompetent machine - not me. Buyers, just look at their attitude and judge for yourselves. Customers were always right before they met StickerCanada, because StickerCanada is never wrong. StickerCanada is never wrong because they twist facts until they are right.

Go carefully- might be ok if using a very simple design

I went with sticker Canada because I wanted to support our local economy. I was glad that I requested a pdf proof- I didn't accept the first one. I resized it and resent it and the art department came back with a very different concept. Although it was not what I wanted (nor submitted) I accepted their proposal because I thought it would work okay. I ordered 1000 round stickers. It is not okay. I have used a couple hundred of the stickers, and none of them have a correct margin. My shipment came through Korea. I would be ashamed to send work like this to a client. I called the long distance phone number (not toll free) and am now wondering if I called Korea.... there was no way to edit my order, which is why I had to call them. I'm sad to say I will not "be doing a deal" with this company again. My order did arrive on the day it was scheduled.

On the communication exchanges if you may check, there is information that says, we highly discourage borders on stickers but if clients insist that borders should be added, we will follow. But then again, that is a risk especially during printing process. This also pretty much sums up the reason why we cannot reprint or refund.

Avoid them, avoid the same mistake that I did

Never ever again ! They gave me bad advices that cost me +500$ for a product that does not answer our need. I would have paid more if I knew there had a better solution for our need.

Now that I have received the product I can't use, I have been in talk with there support for few days, and they didn't agree to solve, or refund. In conclusion, I lost 3 weeks on my schedule, and +500$ !!!

By the way, this is not even a Canadian Company. Stickers are printed in South Korea. The company is also using AllStickerPrinting, and a few other names!...

Avoid at all costs

Terrible quality and bad customer service. Stickers have bends in the middle of every sticker. Stickers were also supposed to be black, came out purple, even with a .AI (illustrator file). They refuse to refund or fix the order after weeks of emails. They are also NOT a Canadian company, their products come from South Korea.

Sorry for this horrible experience. More so for not meeting your expectations. Thing is, we refuse to offer refund or reprint once the confirmation from customers is already sent. That already serves as a permission to print coming from the customer herself. Also, the approved final output by you was the exact thing we printed. I save a little amount since they offer discounts for the next order due to re-print process because of some machine error, in totality, I will stick to them for a reason that they value their customer compare to the other store that I encountered before to them. No refund, no reprint, blame pushing

I ordered 1000 round vinyl stickers from stickercanada for a client's product label. While I'm OK with the speed of delivery and quality of print, my design was printed off centre and the client was not happy at all. And through 2 emails correspondences with them (no telephone service) over the past 2 weeks, they refuse to offer a refund or even a reprint as they claimed that it's due to "inevitable cutting error" of 1-2mm (in fine-print, on the proof). What kind of printing service is this if they cannot centre their print?

Fast, Excellent Service. Would 100% recommend.

I was surprised at how fast they responded; even though I had to make a change when they sent me the proof, we ended up completely confirming the order the same day. I think we exchanged about 4-5 emails in that time. Shipping was also surprisingly fast, the stickers came earlier than we expected and they look amazing. Not to mention how good the price was.

Overall: no complaints —really happy with their service. Will be going back to them for more stickers, and likely business cards. After spending days looking for custom sticker providers in Canada, I'm confident I chose the best ones! Thank you!

Amazing quality for the best price!

My band was in need of stickers so i did a bunch of looking around trying to find the best deal and I came across StickerCanada who had much better deals than other companies. I'll be honest i had some doubts with the order just because of how cheap it really was but the stickers came out looking great and feeling as high quality as any other brand i had seen. I was worried they wouldnt have much stick to them but so far they seem to hold perfectly fine!
