I do not recommend this store based on my experience with their customer service.

I placed an order through their online shop, and within just five minutes I realized I had accidentally selected the wrong item. I immediately sent an email asking if they could simply correct the order before it was processed. I even made it clear that, if there were any price difference or administrative costs, I was willing to accept them and pay the difference.

Unfortunately, my email was completely ignored. I never received any reply, acknowledgment, or attempt to help. Instead, they processed and shipped the order exactly as originally placed, despite my prompt request to correct it.

Mistakes can happen when ordering online. What matters is how a company treats its customers when they ask for assistance. In this case, there was no customer support, no flexibility, and no attention to a request that was made almost immediately after the purchase.

Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this store based on the quality of its customer service.

Terrible experience and non-existent customer service. I placed order 339986 back in May as a gift for my son. After weeks of delay and delivery issues caused by their courier, the company completely refuses to take responsibility. Worst of all, they have chosen to deliberately ignore my last emails and remain silent. A total lack of respect and highly unprofessional. I strongly advise against buying here: if your package gets lost, they will keep your money and stop responding. I am already filing an official complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC).

They took my money and never sent me my package and never got an answer from their supoort, even after 4 emails

Trading card box was not sealed and some packs were openend. Obvioudly best cards werd taken out of the box

Perfekt, schnelle Lieferung

Ich habe bei Stickerpoint eine Bestellung im Wert von über 100 Euro aufgegeben, darunter eine Boosterbox „WM Panini Sticker“. Anstelle einer Box erhielt ich 50 einzelne Päckchen. Das passiert meist bei Betrügern, die die Päckchen im Voraus aussortieren. Außerdem habe ich 10 Päckchen zu wenig erhalten. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice wurde mir zugesagt, dass diese nachgeschickt würden. Inzwischen sind mehr als zwei Wochen vergangen, und ich habe sie immer noch nicht erhalten. Nach erneuter Kontaktaufnahme sagen sie, alles sei verschickt und zugestellt worden. Sie antworten auch sehr langsam auf Anfragen und beantworten nicht alle Fragen. Darunter auch die Frage, warum ich keine Booster-Packung, sondern einzelne Päckchen erhalten habe.

Sensationell. In der WM Hochphase habe ich in recht kurzer Zeit perfekte Ware bekommen, hier schaffen gerade wohl alle Bürokräfte zusätzlich mit im Versand . In anderen Shops konnte ich gerade garnichts bestellen - vorübergehender Bestellstopp - Hut ab, da warte ich auch gerne mal 1-2 Tage länger . Zudem eine super Auswahl , werde in Zukunft nur noch bei Stickerpoint bestellen. VIELEN DANK

Et je ne sais pas pourquoi.
Sur une des commandes j’ai envoyé un message pour indiquer que le produit était abîmé on m’a demandé des photos, j’ai envoyé, j’ai jamais eu de réponses…
J’ai envoyé aussi un message pour connaître la boîte mail que j’ai utilisé pour faire un achat en effet j’en de nombreuses boîtes mails… on m’a juste répondu de faire mot de passe oublié…
Aujourd’hui je reçois un e-mail suite à une commande de début mai pour s’excuser du retard.
La grosse blague .

Leider eine extrem enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Stickerpoint.

Ich habe mein WM-2026 Hardcover-Album bereits am 11.05. im Vorverkauf bestellt und bezahlt. Bis heute gibt es keinerlei konkrete Informationen zum Versand oder Lieferstatus. Statt transparenter Kommunikation bekommt man lediglich automatisierte Standardmails mit immer denselben Textbausteinen.

Besonders frustrierend ist dabei die komplette Intransparenz:

* Das Produkt war plötzlich nur noch als „nicht lieferbar“ markiert.
* Auf Instagram häufen sich Beschwerden anderer Kunden mit exakt denselben Problemen.
* Auf Trustpilot antwortet Stickerpoint ebenfalls nur mit kopierten Standardantworten ohne echte Hilfe oder konkrete Aussagen.
* Der einzige Instagram-Beitrag, in dem zumindest einmal Verzögerungen eingeräumt wurden, scheint mittlerweile sogar gelöscht worden zu sein.

Natürlich können Lieferprobleme oder unerwartet hohe Nachfrage passieren. Das Problem ist hier aber ganz klar die Kommunikation. Viele Kunden hätten vermutlich Verständnis, wenn man ehrlich sagen würde:
„Wir wurden vom Andrang überrascht und brauchen länger.“

Stattdessen hört man tagelang gar nichts, obwohl das Geld längst eingezogen wurde und Kunden auf ihre Vorbestellungen warten.

Gerade bei limitierten Sammlerartikeln wie den WM-2026 Hardcover-Alben erwartet man deutlich besseren Support und vor allem transparente Informationen.

Sehr schade, denn so hinterlässt Stickerpoint aktuell leider keinen seriösen Eindruck.

I placed a pre-order (Order #331492) with an expected delivery date of May 18th. Today is May 20th, and the website status is still stuck on "Pré-Venda" with absolutely no tracking information provided.

To make matters worse, I have contacted customer support and they only reply with generic, copy-paste automatic messages that do not solve my problem or provide a real update. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of transparency and efficiency.

I just want a concrete date for when my order will actually be shipped, or a full refund

Placed an order for a 100 sticker pack box, payed on the same day with an account with a different name. They didn’t count the payment, sent about 7 emails didn’t get a single human response, even after sending all the evidence. Would not recommend.
