I tried to return the product I bought from them but it was unsuccessful. They simply refused the shipment, they didn't want to take it. The shipment was returned from England to Denmark at my expense. I didn't expect that from the English. :(

If I could give it zero I would have , ordered over a month ago now and no update on the order , tried contacting them over phone , instagram and email but zero response , if you order through this website you are basically being scammed

I have sent emails letting the company know that the order was not delivered since the day the status on the shipment changed. Meanwhile, i have not received any answer in one whole week.

Hello,
My name is Chris Harrison. Over the past several orders, I have purchased Grow a Garden Pocket Crops from you on four separate occasions, spending approximately $750–$800 total.
Each previous order arrived sealed in official Grow a Garden display boxes, which made sense because I ordered the exact quantity that comes in a full case. Across those orders, I consistently received a normal variety of items, including DLC pets such as the Whale, Albino Pea, German Shepherds, and others.
However, this most recent order (referenced in the subject line) was completely different. Instead of receiving sealed product, everything arrived loose, and I received zero pets and only seeds, ornaments, and fences.
To be honest, it became immediately obvious what likely happened. It appears the products were weighed, or searched through beforehand, the DLC pet items were removed, and the remaining items were repackaged and sold. At that point, I was no longer buying a fair random product experience. I was spending nearly $200 on leftovers that had already been picked through.
That is the part that feels dishonest and unfair.
I fully understand randomness is part of collectible products, and I would never complain simply because I had bad luck. But this does not feel like bad luck. It feels like I was never given a legitimate chance in the first place.
I’m not sure what you can or are willing to do, but I wanted to communicate how disappointing this experience was, especially as someone who has repeatedly supported your business and spent a significant amount of money with you.

Ordered World Cup sticker album which was supposed to be delivered one week ago. There is no update on delivery status and I tried contact twice via email but have just been ignored.

I bought a World Cup book album and stickers on 1 May, and I still have not received either. I have not received any tracking code as well. I emailed them yesterday, and I have been trying to contact you on Instagram as well, but nothing is working.

Non mi ricordo, ma la consegna è avvenuta, c’erano presenti tutti condomini che applaudivano, mentre io con il pacco che tenevo a braccia levate camminavo in mezzo a loro cercando di giungere velocemente a casa e chiudermi dentro con il mio pacco. Che pacco ragazzi, é tanto bello che mi dispiace aprirlo per non rovinare la confezione. Presto farò un altrordine sperando di rivivere questa stupenda emozione!

My item did arrive, but I didn't receive any dispatch details, website message ignored & paid £5.99 for next day delivery for a large letter item & it took 4 days to arrive. Royal Mail tracked 24 deliver weekends so no excuse. If your going to charge ridiculously high shipping fees at least use a reputable shipping company.

Contacted them about me order 3 times and they have not replied. Have I been scammed !!!!

Ordered 4 boxes of stickers but only 1 turned up, have phoned, emailed and contacted them on their website but no response whatsoever. Wouldn’t recommend

I ordered an item that promised 5-7 day turn around and it's definitely way past that and the company won't respond to any emails. Very disappointed and going to dispute it I guess.
