Ordered samples but only one arrived, I have since found that the error is with the delivery firm. Stiled have corrected the situation.

As discussed telephonically, I am disappointed that we have not met both our expectations and service levels with regards to your sample order.
We will refund the cost of the samples and I have arranged to resend out your samples that has been dispatched and will be with you by tomorrow.
(As mentioned, we also have full tile samples at our recently acquired business at Tile Giant in Bracknell. Sam is the store manager and I have discussed the possibility of your visit to review the full tiles here)

I ordered some samples. I didn't receive one of the samples which i paid for. When I contacted you you didn't reply. I had intended to buy from you but I'm glad I found out about your poor customer service before I ordered.

Great Quality Tiles that look Great
The tiles arrived exactly as planned. I ordered them a bit earlier than needed and organised a delivery date and they delivered!
We now have the landscaper in and he has raved about the quality of the tiles showing us the ‘marks on the back that tell you they’re good’.
They look awesome and he’s also been telling a future client about them because he’s so impressed! So we’ve got someone coming to take a look at them soon!
Great range of tiles but love ours and once complete will share pics to show them off! :)

Excellent Service
We were looking for tiles for a largish garden project and found stiled, who are fairly local. They had an open day, mainly for trade, but were happy to have us there to chat about our requirements, and all the staff were very helpful. Since we were local, they allowed us to have a whole tile as a sample, which they dropped off one night, which give us a much better idea of how the tile would fit, and was so much better than a small square sample.
We like the product so much we ordered ahead of time to ensure stock, and a few months later they were delivered. The tile is excellent, a very high quality product, that cuts and lays well, and looks superb. We really couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Stiled for any porcelain tiles.

Wow! These guys are the absolute best. I have had extensive home and garden renovations and by far Stiled have been the best company I have dealt with. Always prompt with responses, speedy delivery, highly competitive with prices and the quality of their paving is absolutely superb. Would highly recommend Stiled.
