Poor quality linen trousers. Small sizing. Fabric cheap. No return label or info incl in package.
Customer services responded promptly to email but had to return at own cost £19.90!) to an address in China - not to the listed European country address.

Ordered three weeks ago and was told it was being shipped - still not arrived! Disgusting service.. just keep getting emails saying sorry for delay, have already asked for a refund as was a gift so too late

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered vintage cotton shirt and an unbranded, see-through 100% polyester item turned up. paid £35 and they offered a 15% refund with no return immediately or a 60% store credit - as if you'd want anything else! I've just spent a further £14 to send back to China - lets see if I actually get a refund. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Awful company. I ordered a (cotton ‘style’) shirt and a too small 100% polyester shirt turned up. I suspect the business model is to flog as many cheap and useless items to people as they can and then eventually fold as a company and start up as a new company in due course…to continue the scam. I did not read the reviews, my error. Everything in the other reviews is correct. Avoid it.

As others have said, this is an online retail scam - the company has an office in Holland but operates from a warehouse in China - the clothes are poor quality and bear no resemblance to the photos on the website, and the sizing and quality are way off. I had the same experience as others - when you request a return, they try to buy you off with discounts on future purchases (in the end they offered me a 60% refund). I issued them with a complaint under the Consumer Rights Act. I also raised a dispute with PayPal, and they found in my favour and issued a full refund. If they hadn't done that, I would have raised a complaint with Trading Standards because, wherever they are based, they need to comply with UK law when selling online in the UK.

I wish these other reviews were online before I ordered. The website gives the impression of being a well-established, respectable, stylish, high street shop, retailing quality product, inspiring a confident buying experience for the customer. Maybe, but NOT FOR THIS CUSTOMER. The jacket is okay for everyday use but not as expected and ill-fitting for me. I simply wanted to return it for a refund. After an exchange of several emails with, I think, a chatbot, not a person, I found it meant sending the item to China by tracked delivery at my expense plus any unknown additional costs related to the return. They offered me a 20% refund and keep the item. The bank which issued my credit card was not any real help with this issue. I decided to accept their offer and cut my loss; couldn't realistically do much else. The 20% has arrived back on my card..

I placed an order on 9th August, taking into account the stated delivery time. The tracking constantly showed "order being prepared". It eventually arrived after 15 days!!!! The event I wanted it for had long gone. Can't imagine what it would take to return it and get a refund, shan't bother, will just sell it on a well known auction site instead.

They are a scam. They are based in China and send rip off clothes that are nothing like the photos online. You can only return at your own cost to China and have to pay customs duties. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not order from this company it's a scam The jacket looked nothing like one advertised even the pockets were actually drawn on . Got money back through bank as company were messing me around. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Goods were wrong colour and nothing like advertised. Quality poor. They tried everything to stop me requesting a refund including discounts on future purchases which I would never do. Had to send back to China although company is based in Amsterdam like many of these online companies. Cost £30 sent 2 weeks ago. Now received an email saying I need to provide various information for Customs and contact Royal Mail Parcel Force. I have already provided all requested information and the low value items should be easy for any Customs to deal with. This is just a SCAM to avoid paying the refund for the goods I have returned. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND ALWAYS CHECK WHERE ONLINE RETAILERS ARE BASED. Seems to be a pattern of set up in Holland but goods from China and have to be returned to China rather than UK/Holland. They then try to use this so that people don't return goods and they keep the money. A BIG ONLINE SCAM !

After 3 weeks sent the wrong colour shoes, poor quality and not as described on the website.

Auto customer service email bot makes returns more difficult & likely have to post back to China at own cost for a full refund.

I ordered a pair of lovely looking pink linen trousers. After 14 days, and some chasing. a flimsy cotton red pair of trousers arrived, nothing like the ones in the photo. I am to say the least disappointed not least because they were not cheap, but my goodness they look cheap

Ordered a 'shirt jacket'. Looked quality on website but it has arrived and the fabric is not great - cheap and itchy and nothing like the image portrayed.

I have asked how to return but they have twice offered me a discount off this order and future order but not told me how to return.

They have not responded to my third request.

I also noticed that the shirt material is not on the website. Had it been, I would not have ordered. I was expected more of a linen type fabric.

Overall am sure this amounts to misselling.

Just trying to get my money back via my credit card.

It was meant to be a birthday present - v disapppointed.

Ordered some shirts since 6th August. It’s already 15th August, and all I’ve gotten is an email saying there’s a delay with my order…

While this is unacceptable, and there’s no prior record of this company on TrustPilot, I took my time to put this on here - and will be updating how this finally pans out.

Fingers crossed, it works out, else, I’ll be forcing them through the relevant regulatory channels to process a refund.
