Extremely helpful and accommodating staff.

The representative I talked to was very nice and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with the quality of my marble tile and really impressed with the price and it did not take me long to get it shipped to me.

I kinda thought it was a bit darker than what ended up coming to me..
The delivery guy could NOT drive down m street, (said his truck was to big) have 18 wheelers able to bring huge earth moving equipment) all the time, but this driver could not figure it out. Rather than AAA Cooper trucking sending a standard size pallet using a standard truck, they brought an 18 wheeler! So I had to go pick up my shipment myself in my pickup truck.. ( lazy driver)
Other than the shipping, and lack of a delivery "to me", everything went ok.. Do wish tile looked darkr like the picture showed.. Had to go with,, plan "B",, as far as theam for kitchen!!

Excellent customer service. Timely email responses. Even got a personal phone call to discuss a delay. Product is not unpacked but appears to be packaged well and is beautiful.

The customer service staff did an excellent and thorough job with my order. Everything worked out perfectly as ordered. No issues whatsoever.

Shipping time for tiles is incredibly slow, definitely not the 2-5 business says advertised. They have limited visibility into the suppliers so getting a status update takes multiple follow up calls over several days. Customer Service doesn’t follow through on questions asked and is slow to respond when they do. I would not recommend using Stone Tile Depot.

Was very easy to get the sample , place the order, and pickup in NJ.

It was going good. Been trying to match a tile I have here at the hotel. I was supposed to recieve a swacth of a tile, have not recieved it yet or heard back from Sales. Also waiting on another tile for our kitchen area, have heard nothing about this either

I got what I purchased promptly and the product was in excellent condition,

I love the tile and the service but I am trying to find tile here in Ri so my shipping cost is not so high

Placed the order at the end of May, received the stones 2 weeks after and the majority was broken so I had to refuse the delivery. Initially stone depot offered to ship new ones the same week but nothing until today so I have requested a refund and I am not getting any response.

I still haven’t received my refund.

The granite was cracked when it arrived and they will not send another one.

The customer service at Stone Tile Depot was ok. However the shipping company used by Stone Tile Depot was terrible! The worst delivery service I have ever experienced. T-Force Delivery missed each delivery appointment for 5 days without a call or email to resolve or reschedule. They finally delivered a week after they first received my shipment in their warehouse, 5 days after the first scheduled appointment. Ridiculous customer service. Rude and unprofessional.

Needed one 12x12 marble tile and got one here at Stone Tile Depot at a cheap price and a fair shipping price from across the
US compared to othe places i looked at online. If I'm doing another tile job this is where i will be going to get tile next time.

Very responsive to an issue with my order. Immediate correction of problem. Speedy shipment.
