I ordered a tile sample as I was preparing for a bathroom remodel project. Not only did shipping take longer than expected, but once received it was the wrong tile. It didn't instill much trust, so unfortunately I won't be ordering anything else.

Prompt and courteous service - good prices too

Kathy was so helpful with my search for a backsplash tile. When the sample I ordered didn't meet my needs, she was ready with some alternatives. I would do business with her again.

Excellent company to work with. The quality of the absolute black stone is amazing. The stone was securely packed. Not one chip when arrived!

Very responsive and helpful

I ordered a matte white tile, but received an Antique Gray semi matte tile.

Buyers BEWARE!!! shop somewhere else, I placed an order , could not get a ship date, cancelled the order and was charged a return fee, i did not receive the order I cancelled the order not returned it, they live for the fees. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I paid a significant amount for my marble tile 4 months ago and still don't have it. There are known issues with the freight company and I wasted 3 full days for scheduled deliveries which never occurred. I've requested a refund for which there has been no response other than we're working with the freight company. It looks like I'm going to have to pursue legal action.

I ordered two pallets of 20 mm porcelain pavers. There was not a single chip or crack on any of them. All corners intact. Great communication throughout the process.

Excellent communication and beautiful products.

I ordered a sample, prompt delivery and in great condition !
We decided that the sample would not suit our purposes.

John M and Kathy O at Stone Tile Depot made our day here at Reinforcements Inc. We are a nonprofit organization that restores the homes of military veterans and Gold Star spouses. We placed an order for a small batch of tiles last week and had paid for the tiles and shipping. After hearing about our mission, the good folks at Stone Tile Depot donated the entire order. Wow! Thank you!

I ordered five samples. I received two of them. I sent an email to my sales representative, asking when my other three samples will arrive. He said he showed that they were all delivered to my house. I told him that there were only two samples in the box and I'm still waiting for three.
After still not hearing anything from him, I called and spoke with another rep, who said that the shipping manager was looking into it. I never, ever received another word or my samples. I sent an email asking for my shipping feedback. Haven't heard a thing.

Stones arrived nicely packaged and fast.

had an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They answered all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything easy and stress-free. It's refreshing to receive such attentive and caring service. Once I placed the order, they escalated the delivery for my tiles. John, and the entire staff have been awesome!

Kathy made the stone selection amazingly easy even after we made. Hangers to the order. Will shop again without hesitation.

This was my first experience with Stone Tile Depot and I will definitely be returning!
I was able to order a full size tile to sample which arrived quickly. Matt followed up to make sure I'd received the sample and see if I needed any help.
Great prices with great service!

Stone Tile Depot has a great selection of terracotta tile where this material is not prevalent in the Washington, DC area. They are knowledgeable and were helpful in multiple tile projects in my home.

Getting a sample that is not too small is great.

Had great experience working with Matt @ Stone Tile Depot. Thanks Matt!
It's our first time ordering from them.
Product came in very well packaged and with NO defects or damage. Thank you!
We use them for our laser engraving business for memorials. It turned out wonderfully!
The only complaint we have is the shipping!
