Delivery concern - resolved
Their policy is to leave the tile at the curb. My curb is very far from my house and it was very difficult to have it moved. However the company offered me a resolution that is more than fair.

Hell Kori,
I am very sorry to hear that you had a difficulty moving your order closer to your house. We really do not have a control of truckers delivery decisions. They always avoid backing up to a drive way not to damage anything alone the way. But no worries, We will refund you $150.00 for your troubles. Please accept our apology.
Best Regards,
JJ

my mistake on the tile size, honest business
ordered a set of tiles online but made a mistake not triple checking the size first......so i cannot comment much on the product itself since it was never installed but looked good. Stone Tile Depot offered me the return as advertised and Kathy went above and beyond with a full refund.
I recommend checking them out for your needs
