Richard has been fantastic to deal with. We have found the Coopers Plains Facility to be very neat, neat, and tidy, and secure. Never have we felt the contents of our storage were at risk. The access codes have allowed us to come and go and take things in and out easily with no issues-Excellent pricing, location, ease of use and support through the years we have had contents sored here. Highly recommend

I had a 10/10 experience with storing my furniture at Storage Choice Albion for two years. Kev and Darran were fantastic to work with. They were always so helpful and very easy to contact especially when I needed to move to a bigger storage unit within the facility. The premises and units are spotless, and it is a very good operation all-round. I strongly recommend them.

Help and knowledge was fantastic from enquiry to arranging departure. Dealt with Richard, and he was extremely easy to deal with, and helpful with required size and processes.

We have had three storage units at the Maroochydore site since early 2019. The initial and all further personal contact was mainly with your Manager Mark and occasionally one of his offsiders. The service and attention to detail has been nothing short of exceptional from each of them but especially from Mark. Mark always went out of his way to make sure we had everything, within the scope of your regulations, we needed to store our belongings and gain access. The forced movement upstairs after expansion and renovation was handled professionally by the removalists you provided. The original 2 units we had were easily accessible and the upstairs one was close to the lift. We welcomed the street location close to our home in Maroochy compared to others further out that we inspected and even in the same Road, in terms of ease of driving in and around the complex.

We stored our van at the Maroochydore storage choice, the first week we tried to go away with our van, was a nightmare.
It’s such a bad design to get in or out with a van or boat.
There were so many cars parked down the middle isle we couldn’t get out.
I had to run around up and down the stairs to the top storage sheds trying to find who owned which cars, and then ask them to more so we could get out. But most people were so rude and abusive and we struggled to get out many times.
The following week it happened again then again.
One weekend we called and called and called the managers but no one answered, so we could not get our van back in because some woman had dumped all of her stuff out of her shed down the middle isle where you drive in and out.
We had no hope once again of getting our van parked back in its storage spot.
We had to move some of her rubbish, and squeeze down to the back where our new caravan was stored, Only to find she had parked her car in our spot. So we couldn’t even take our car of our truck.
We called the manager and no one answered again. It became such a nightmare we dreaded going there to get our van, or coming back from time away.
We asked the managers to put signs up, but that fell on deaf ears.
We told them and told them so they gave us 1 months free, but it kept happening, so that was no help.
All they did was send everyone an email.
The following week it happed again I had to keep running around finding car owners to move their vehicles as there is no room to tow a van down the back where the boats and vans are stored. One chap told me he had to wait 4 hours one day, as no one would move their vehicles for him.
It became a joke and no one cared.
So we moved house and bought land big enough to store our van.
I would never go back there, no one listens or offers any solutions to the dreaded problems that kept occurring.
You are literally locked in there unless people move their cars out of the way, when you ask them.
Customers that had storage sheds there, got so angry it was just awful.

Great customer service excellent accessibility central location secure storage. Will use again and recommend.
