Great staff, easy to understand and complimentary coffee and cold water

The advertised storage space was misleading, as no dimensions were stated and what i assumed to be length and width turned out to be square area and height. The height of the unit turned out to be 2100mm not the 2400mm advertised. A lot of personal information was collected as part of signing the agreement, was all this information necessary? If storage king is hacked and my personal information stolen I'll be very unhappy.

Office staff in St Luke’s storage is very helpful and knowledgable.
Easy access to storage facility is a big plus.
Good lighting and cleanliness make it feels a safe experience .

I have just moved twice in the past two weeks? Once to Storage King St Luke's and then to my house today. (Just the way it worked out)

“Stress Free Movers” really stands by its name, my first move was so stress free I wondered if I had forgotten something. This was also made Stress Free by the two fabulous two guys I had moving me, what a team? These two amazing guys are called Vish and Sandy, everyone, I could not fault their professionalism/hard work and time conscious efforts. They were so good I asked to have them move me the second time, and they did not disappoint. Thank you so much Vish and Sandy, such a pleasure to meet you both. Well done Stress Free Movers two very successful moves thank you.

Customer Service is next level, which I hugely appreciated as I wasn't on the ground in Auckland. Unit selected was perfect and many options were offered at various sizes and fee structures. Cannot recommend highly enough. Great service, location and facility.

Tas at St Luke's is just the best - so friendly, and helped me find exactly what I need.
