Great service and communication
Great service and communication. Was packing unit for 3 hours and staff were super helpful providing cleaning products and allowing me to charge my phone. Storage unit was clean and easily accessible.

I’m really disappointed with the Adamstown
I’m really disappointed with the service, I was told, my delivery will be unloaded, but only half done and the fork lift couldn’t go into the container as there was no ramp... that’s a basic equipments to have at a storage place to load and unload... the load send back and I need pay extra to send it again.
Also, the call most of the time the Adamstown office don’t pick the call and talking to the call centre is a waste of time.. no one calls back... especially in a situation where the truck is waiting to be unloaded.
Really disappointed..
