Great facility breeze to enter and exit,prompt service from staff return your calls straight away,easy to hire extra sheds when needed if available in the complex and very accommodating to allow you to get one in the location near existing sheds you may already have on hire.

The new storage facility at Gympie
The new storage facility at Gympie was great for my needs, great location, easy access, clean and choice of sizes.
The team were very friendly and helpful. When I need more storage, I would go there first.

Delays in booking and getting access to the unit
Something is off with the billing system. You can book a start date from their website, but for some reason, until they have taken the money from your account, the unit is not accessible. It happened twice, where I booked the property, showed up on the site, on the move in day, only to find the billing was not completed, and the unit access was not configured, even though I booked it on their website. There is also no 24x7 support to call on weekends. Once that was sorted (by about 2 days delay), I was then able to access it, with no issues.
So don't show up at the unit, hoping to access it until you get that text message, and the app is updated. The booking date on your form means nothing until Swift sends that details.

The location of the unit suited my needs. It is secured and good access hours. Were no power sockets in my unit. The app is okay but a little annoying to open the unit when the pop up "locate unit" interferes with opening the unit after first opening. You need to learn this with no one to show you. The staff work remotely to assist and gave me a good deal and helpful support

Easy to use and great customer service
Had my unit for a couple of years, was easy process to change to larger unit, customer interaction and service was great. Only neg feedback is would be good to have the hallway door hold back clips reinstalled after they obviously fell off, I had to buy door stops this week to hold back the doors so the removalist could move items without opening the door every time they walk through as very annoying and time consuming.

Fantastic, Easy & Clean
Fantastic, easy and super clean. The app was easy to use and we had no problems with access. The storage space was so clean, I felt better about storing my household goods there than some of the other places I had looked at. When we were finished with the unit, the move-out process was quick and efficient. Very well organised.
