Office ladies were fantastic explaining everything, showing us the storage unit and even providing a cold drink of water on a blistering hot day. Excellent customer service.

The depot had what I needed when I needed it. Were flexible when I appeared 2 hours after booking time. The gentleman in the office was wonderful, efficient, and when my removalists lost the lock and key, he replaced it free of charge. He went above and beyond i was expecting.
I would definitely refer other ppl to this depot. I feel very comfortable leaving my items in storage as long as needed.
