This place should be 24/7 access, there are multiple cameras so it should be fine, and there should be a separate light and power points because sometimes I need to charge my battery for my boat.

Wow!! This is my second time storing with Storage King at Blacktown. Firstly their customer service is one of the best and kindly hearted people I have ever met, especially the gentleman called Mark, he is so gentle and polite and also his female co-worker is down hearted somebody. Security is also outstanding based on my own experience storing at Storage King Blacktown. Cost of their services provides is fairly reasonable based on my experience with them.
I recommend anyone in need of storage can try Storage King Blacktown and you will never regret their service and their two wonderful customer service representatives.

The team at Storage King Blacktown could not do enough to help me. Beginning with a great deal on a perfect space, they helped me when the truck driver turned up with our possessions without his forklift licence - and Mark from Storage King pitched in and drove the forklift - no charge. They also ensured that all the workers were well hydrated. A great experience in every way.

I had a shocking morning when I turned up at Storage King Blacktown at 8.30am. I had lost the code to the facility including the codes for my padlock and had just driven from the central coast to make it by 8.30am.
Mark, who was working that day, greeted me with a great big smile and within 15 minutes had everything sorted. After sorting out a second storage unit for me, he gave me a bottle of water and a free new padlock,( as mine had to be cut off) and sent me on my way, happy and relaxed knowing everything was sorted and safe. Thank you Mark, what started as a bad morning, very quickly turned out to be a great day.

We organised a storage unit through storage King at blacktown. Our storage unit was advertise at 3x3m in size and on our agreement it also said 3x3m. When we arrived to load almost our entire house into it we were shown our unit that was not 3x3m at all. When we questioned the size we were told it was the same floor space so it didn't matter. But it did actually matter because it was a very long and narrow unit that made it near impossible to put all our things into because we worked it all out on a 3x3m space. Was very disappointed
