First time storage unit users
This is our first experience with a storage unit. Quite overwhelming when I Googled storage facilities on the northside but after a phone call with Luke, I didn't look any further; all the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Luke showed us through the facility, we chose a unit and then he helped us through the process using the app to enter the facility and our unit. All went very smoothly. We have now had our gear delivered to the storage unit and the whole operation was seamless. Can highly recommend Storage King Brendale. Paul and Rosie Stapleton

Storage King at Brendale uses a keyless phone app for tenants to access their storage units. Normally, anything to do with technology would ring alarm bells for me, but Luke and Ritnesh have been so supportive, helping me to download the app onto my phone and making sure I am comfortable with it. This helpful attitude goes beyond entry and exit to the units.
