Clean facilities
Clean facilities, and good access. Its really nice that there is light and music for when you need to rumage through your belongings for that one thing you need.

Excellent service and storage facilities
Friendly helpful staff and squeaky clean and functional facilities.
First time using storage facilities in over 20 years and have been very impressed.
Secure and easy building access, large fast lifts, plenty of trolleys to help move stuff from car/truck to storage unit, clean toilets available, overall nice feel and clean facility. Staff member told me they do pest control every month too. Staff have always been friendly and helpful/knowledgeable with any questions I’ve had re best way to pack/store specific items and nearly everything if not everything you need to do this is available in their office shop.
Definitely recommend!!

BRILLIANT, is one word I could use for my experience with the team and facility at Cheltenham! From the moment I first contacted the branch I had a great feeling and it was right. The service I have received is second to none, helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly and professional. The unit itself and the access to it is so modern and user friendly. To top it all off the price was by far the best of all the storage companies in the area!! 100% recommended!
