Great service from Gwen
gave me all the info i needed regarding size of units, payments and insurance.

Fron the phone call to meeting the staff at the site...I must say that they are all too good and very customer focused. Thank you Storage King Australia, you are the best, keep up the good work! Highly recommended.

I’ve had experience at two sites - Eagle Farm and Tingalpa - and they were both first class. The process was well explained, the storage areas very clean, and they had great access. The staff were so helpful, and made sure I chose the best option for my needs. Top service.

Gewn was able to find me a locker that suited my needs on the day I arrived. She was very keen to take her time to walk me through the warehouse and show me all the different types of lockers that were available.

Even when I was in a rush and wasn't able to meet her before I moved in, she was able to run me through all the processes over the phone and went out of her way to make sure she was contactable on the day I moved in, in case I did need her help.

I would definitely recommend SK Eagle Farm to a friend, if for no other reason than Gwen's service and friendliness.

I needed storage for a few days between moving out and moving in. For some unknown reason, both the truck and storage were booked at approximately half the sizes needed. And it was the delightful Gwen to the rescue! Gwen made a chaotic stressful day turn out just fine. Can't thank her enough for her help and cheerful support.

There is Storage King, and then there's Storage King Eagle Farm. Without a doubt, Storage King Eagle Farm has the best customer service. Certainly made our decision very easy selecting a storage facility with manager Gwen. We could have selected other storage options that were either price comparable or more affordable but exceptional customer service is what stands out in our eyes and that's why we selected Storage King Eagle Farm - despite your fabulous facility!
