Suggestion:- walk around with a camera/remote so they can let you into the loading bays if walking through with potential customers/clients without 15 minute delays

I found the guys at Storage King, Fairfield very helpful, friendly & professional. It’s a convenient location for me, easy parking to access and open 7 days which is a bonus. The fact that I could buy packing supplies at a reasonable price really helped as well. Thanks heaps!

Very helpful over the phone explaining how it all works and providing recommendations on what to cover furniture with etc. On moving day, it all went well. The movers were able to unload the truck easily and there were plenty of trolleys to move furniture to my unit. I was able to buy a lock and extra coverings for chairs.

We ran over time by a good two hours and past closing time and Wayne was fantastic and understanding (but, don't go past closing time, it is not fair to Wayne who also has a life after work!). He is always available and has great tips. Thank you
