Staff were courteous, explained things well. Showed me storage units location in person and procedures I needed to get there.
I had forgotten my pin when I returned a week later and staff helped me to gain access. The storage and premises was very clean.

Excellent service, great staff!
They were excellent with communication and organised a moving truck despite being booked out through another branch otherwise moving stuff would have been impossible. Their instructions for how the security and assistance options worked was easy to follow and very helpful. Great service and friendly staff

The staff member on duty was helpful…
The staff member on duty was helpful and spent time to explain and show the facility. He then went out of his way to allow us to store our trailer on-site for 48 hours as we had moved items from Victoria. Most helpful.
