Very friendly and helpful staff who showed me how it all works and explained the things that I wanted to know.

The girls were super helpful and informative. They answered everything thing i asked showed me the storage spaces so I could chose the most appropriate one for me.

Over the years I have always used Storage King for all my storage needs, so was happy to hear they had one in Ipswich, Queensland.
They sell everything you need on-site to make your move a lot easier, as well as having plenty of trolley's and lifts to use to help with taking loads up to the second level. The customer service is excellent and their unit prices are very competitive in pricing. The units I have rented over the years have always been clean.

The sign up process was made easy with the friendly staff in the office on the day. They explained everything clearly and helped me carry the boxes and blankets I purchased. Cannot fault the customer service provided, thank you.

When I need this type of business I still shop around but less and less because I end up back with Storage King. The staff will work with whatever you need, their prices are up front and they don't try to push you into bigger than you need. Security has never been a problem but insurance is there if you want.

The service and regard for customers needs is a high priority in this business. Very helpful on a number of levels from securing the storage size needed to helping book in the time frame needed. Duffy was amazing in working with me to book the storage and follow up with anything else I required. She explained how the storage facility worked and what I needed to do throughout the moving phase and the storage phase- all was transparent and easy to follow.
