Very positive experience
Very positive experience, team in office always friendly and helpful. Unit itself was well maintained & clean and having the use of the trolleys made the move a lot easier. Would recommend without hesitation

Poor invoicing procedure
I arranged automatic payment via my Master Card, but still was advised by text that y payment was overdue. The manager confirmed this via telephone conversation, and said he would fix it. That dayhe emailed me to advise the monthly payment had been received, but you still charged me an overdue fee. I DEMAND IT BE REFUBDED
