The staff were helpful and made sure i got the storage unit that i wanted.
They didn't push any cross cales like insurance.
And walked me around to the loading dock if i needed to enter from there.

Storage King Pymble is 20/10
Michelle was most helpful in helping me choose a Unit suitable to my needs. It was such a pleasure to work with her.
I was a customer of Storage King for some seven years when you were in Susiken Street and I can say the new facility is marvellous. It is bright and clean.
The Security is very good and the staff are very alert to this aspect.
All of the staff are very helpful and I can see that Milana runs a very tight ship.
I am sure the new facility will be an outstanding success.

Everything was easy
Everything was easy! The staff were very helpful.
But 'signing' the contract on the screen is unrecognisable and hard to believe that it is binding.

Good Storage solution
The Booking experience was very good. They gave a good deal. I would prefer if the Comms could be a little more quick/ prompt. I hope they also start their own removals service..their pricing for storage is very competitive but the pricing provided by their allied partners for removals services could be improved. thanks
