The staff were wonderful, especially Angela. The units are clean, new, have good lighting and the trolleys glide well and are easy to handle.

Rowan at the Rutherford area was great very helpful

Perfect . Was just the solution we needed moving from 4 hrs south up to Maitland area. Our stuff didn’t all fit in the removalist truck. It was extremely easy to obtain a storage unit. The fellow we spoke to was very helpful & polite and made it easy to get the unit. The lady staff member was very friendly, kind and so helpful to answer our queries. Nothing was too much trouble for them to help us. Thank you Storage King at Rutherford NSW.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Overall very happy. But there are lips on the entry to the storage sheds which makes using a trolley very difficult. Also the back entrance door does not have a chain or hook to hold the door open when your trying to wheel the trolley in and out.

thanks to storage king I was able to get a storage shed on very short notice, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the free trailer hire was a god sent!
