Great service and helpful staff
Great service and helpful staff, you will get charged a cleaning fee when you leave however my unit when moved in was very dirty and had to sweep out so just a bit of a scam I feel.

Good until the end
The staff was helpful to get me into a storage area, and even helped me out with an issue that was above their duty. I borrowed the free truck to get me out of the facility once I was ready to move my belongings, but had a series of unforeseen events happen which found me returning the truck 35-40 minutes late. I am more than happy to pay the company policy penalty for that. But the employee took it upon herself to make up a financial penalty that she saw fit not the amount Storage King's policy is, keeping more of my cash deposit (which seemed a little strange also seeing I received no receipt for the cash deposit). Thank you but never again.

Store Manager Nick Smeulders, & Susan Nielsen are both lovely, informative and go out of their way to provide prompt support and assistance for your storage needs.
They both helped to make the whole process much less stressful & more easy and streamlined than I was expecting.
We’re very grateful & happy with the facility, price and excellent customer service & we are sure you will be as well.

Very friendly staff who helped work out what sort of space I would need. I thought I would need a larger space, but instead they assured me I would not.
They were correct and saved me unnecessary extra expense each month.
