All information provided was accurate — which isn’t always the case these days — and the end product was exactly as described. Pricing of my storage unit is excellent and competitive and the unit itself leaves me feeling confident that my belongings are in safe hands.

Great service and stuff but it should be 24/7
The staff is great and the menager of the plce was very helpful getting me set up, the only thing is that this should be a 24/7 service, it's almost all great, expect that you can't access your own stuff outside office hours. If you happen to have a normal job it's really hard to get to the garage in time before it closes! It can't be hard to transition to 24/7: security cameras everywhere, someone watching the monitors and a locked door with a passcode to get into the warehouse. And this would actually be a long term useful service to use!

Dear peter, We really appreciate you taking the time to share your rating with us.
Poor drop-off area and lift facilities.
Drop off area has no indoor parking and is very small and cramped. Also, the lift is very antiquated - it takes forever to open and go up and down and you can't get inside it with your belongings.
